BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"
NBPFL 7"
BPFL 4.25" FG 4"
NBPFL 3.75
Stretched 7.75"

What kind of gains could I realistically see without buying any tools, just using jelqing and stretching techniques. As well as a realistic time frame to gain 1"x1"

I would love to reach 9x6.5-7

i think when you first start is the easiest gains, they come the quickest. so I'd say in a year of consistent work you could possibly achieve that. DLD says he did it in 6 months when he first started using only the Manual Newbie Routine he gained 2 x 1.

But it does depend on genetics. I'd say a year for sure, every single day taking days off only when you absolutely need it. Just have faith and do your best. It works. Look at all the logs on this forum.

I think the biggest thing is the mindset it brings. Like, yea every single day I'm at my biggest because I'm consistent, and tomorrow I will be bigger, ya know?

Buy titan pills for motivation at least. They will make bloodflow better, and flaccid hang more, workouts will be more intense, and they are good for you if you are young healthy active individual.

and dude, you are pretty big as it is. my end goal is 8x6.. lol you are almost there.

The only thing I highly recommend is to buy something that will let you heal in an extended state at all times especially while sleeping. It will make motivation shoot through the roof IMO. The Phallosan or if you dont wan't to spend too much buy a Uncle Jims Wrap for 10$, although if you wrap tight you need to rewrap every 30 min for bloodflow. Loose wrap at night I guess.

everything JJ said is spot on , especially being consistent , if you want girth gains you have to be very consistent .

all types fo stretches plus jeqling ssj squeezes supra slammers are whats is going to get you there if you don't wish to buy anything. all the time frames and everyday working out is also good which jj said . good luck bro

Nothing is certain in PE to be honest. However, if you put in the time and remain dedicated, you can eventually reach that long term goal of 9x6 over the years. But with no tools, im sure you will plateaus because your hands can only provide limited time under tension, and the time of sessions just increase making it harder to remain dedicated.

When can you see 1x1inch gains? I say most who remain dedicated in a year can expect 1 inch gain, but again, nothing is certain. Fastest ive seen 1 inch gain in just length was 6months from an extender.

Enjoy the going not the getting as you will go through numerous psychological ups and downs whether you gain or stall.

Many men have gained using the Newbie Workout, just read through the reviews. You will gain with a completely manual routine. Tools do speed the process in many ways which you can explore in SRT. Remember that we give a way a tool every month to the top poster, so this gives you an opportunity to get your tool for free.

Thank you all for replying, I appreciate it.
Ive only been doing this a week or so and I think my girth size has slightly increased. However my penis has been sore twice and both times I took a day off... is that the correct thing to do or should I work through the pain? One more question sorry... is dry jelqing as effective? Been out of live a few days

Live should read lube... duck autocorrect

im sure it is effective , just not sure if it is the same as wet jelqing

also yeah if your body is telling you that you need a break listen to it . as time progresses you'll become more conditioned

There is soreness and there is pain and the difference is very easy to identify. Soreness is a dull aching, almost like muscles would feel after a very intense workout, this is just what you want. Pain, on the other hand, is sharp and shooting, this is not what you want. I would see how your erection quality is after a daily routine, if it is not up to par maybe put more time between workouts. If you could, describe the soreness you are feeling.

Soreness, but I would decide to take the days off when I would begin my workout and it was how you would describe pain the soreness is more of just uncomfortable until I began a workout when jelqing and stretching would cause actual pain is when I would.decide to stop and rest

You can put more space between workouts if that helps but, again, do not fear the soreness, it is part of the process. Eventually you will no longer feel this soreness. I can't tell you how many men say they miss the soreness when it leaves because they associate soreness with gains, which is not always the case. Most soreness happens in the first 3 months and never comes back again but you will still be gaining.
