i think when you first start is the easiest gains, they come the quickest. so I'd say in a year of consistent work you could possibly achieve that. DLD says he did it in 6 months when he first started using only the Manual
Newbie Routine he gained 2 x 1.
But it does depend on genetics. I'd say a year for sure, every single day taking days off only when you absolutely need it. Just have faith and do your best. It works. Look at all the logs on this forum.
I think the biggest thing is the mindset it brings. Like, yea every single day I'm at my biggest because I'm consistent, and tomorrow I will be bigger, ya know?

Uncle Jims Wrap for 10$, although if you wrap tight you need to rewrap every 30 min for bloodflow. Loose wrap at night I guess.
