Hmmm, I do not believe in religion. I believe in the Bible and Jesus. I think the apostle Paul said it best when he said everything is permissible but not all things are profitable. This brings our moral compass to many different places for many different people. But yes we should learn and always be improving ourselves. The Spirit is wiling but the flesh is weak. So We need to be patient with our selves and always praying for one another for strength in the face of temptation.

Been successful with no PMO for the past week. The week prior I was able to hold off only no O. It took a week to kick looking at a little P with some light stroking. But cold showers and more focus has been working. Sadly I have been swiping like crazy on dating apps to get a new sexual relationship going.

Balls were huge this morning after wearing ROP overnight the past week. No PMO+ROP = Bull Balls.

Without looking at my last post it must been a couple months. I'm usually lurking if I'm not posting though.

I want to get healthy with this PMO before I pickup any manual PE again. I might dabble hanging and no erect pumping in a month or too. PE earlier this spring with trying not to use ���� but sexy Chive pics still had me thinking about sex way too much.
