I'm a below average guy that's looking for some length and girth gains without any equipment til I can afford them
Stats
Flaccid
Length 3.4 inches
Girth 2.6
Erect
Length4.8
Girth 3.4
I'm also a bit chubby so there fat on the base covering a bit of my staff.what can I do about that? During the stretching exercise is it possible to grab the shaft instead of right below the tip for faster gains? Also let's be brutally honest here I wanna here the pros and cons of having a big dick
 
Well once you see your first gains your self steem and confidence will increase,and your will to grow will increase too,having a big penis is a great feeling specially because we had this idea that our penis will never get bigger no matter what,yeah check the routine written above and start exercising,whitin months you will see great changes...:)
 
Great advices given above! All I think you need to do is just be very active on the forum and read around a lot! The forum has A LOT of information just waiting for you to just read it. Just be active and read around a lot, use the search bar! And if you want some threads for us to suggest:

knowledge is number 1 thing in PE
the force to be used while stretching should begin with low intensity and then increase intensity gradually to avoid any injury. to check intensity stretch your penis to the right and put your hand at base of the left side of penis. there you will see a string like thing called ligaments being stretched which will show you ur intensity. Now here you can pull and decide your intensity.

the only con for me in PE is that it takes a big chunk of your life doing exercises everyday but ....its worth it.
 
mmm when you say a big chunk of your life things get a bit sad, because 40 mins to an hour everyday or almost everyday for a six months period can get you 1.5 inches following a good routine or maybe more six months equals to permanent gains is a great deal dont you think:)
 
well would you prefer sitting at home and pulling your dick all your life or would you be out there learning new things, trying different things ,
would you do something new everyday or the same thing everyday ????
i am not against pe cuz it will change my life once i have gained size but also alot of time that i say is worth it.
 
How long do you measure with flaccid-stretched bone-pressed? This measurement is good to know especially if you are overweight because you can se how much you can gain from just loosing weight. I suggest you start out with the Newbie Routine and take some good advice from the SRT thread. Together these threads will get you gaining and keep you gaining. But also think about losing some weight too, as this will bring a pretty massive gain in visual penis.
 
Guys I'm getting increased measurements in flaccid length and girth immediately after the warm up, are we supposed to always warm up before measuring?also pressed on the pubic bone and revealed .7 inches, stats coming soon this is a bit confusing
 
dont warm up and measure because this increases blood flow to the penis and it will appear bigger in size.
loose fat and dont measure too much until you have to make a progress report every week.
If you have gained it then you will see it.
 
My advice is to stop measuring, measure every few months brother, you can get unmotivated if you see no gains in short period of time

That sounds great as long as your body can handle this much work. You will have to test yourself and see how much you can handle before writing your routine in stone.

are gonna mix two routines together ??? i think that is even more intense than the SRT also....so basically you will have more length workout 2 times a day.
i think that will be too much to do. do feel the signs of overtraining when doing this
 
Experiment your body, if you feel some GOOD fatigue or soreness that's alright and keep working that way, but if you face shrinking and bad EQ that's too much for you, that's about it.
 
I've made it through the workouts today but towards the end I felt stomach pains similar to when I push my limits lifting weights, I know when I lift and feel this pain I'm getting stronger. .. does the same applies to the penis? Should I drink a protein shake that has protein but it's made for optimal recovery?
 
well the pain varies in penis ....if it is a soreness or fatigueness then that is good or a pain in the ligaments that happens when you stretch them and the similar pain you feel later in the same area when not working out also is good. but any abnormal pain that really hurts is bad .
well for your penis you should have a healthy basic diet including foods for good blood circulation , antioxidants etc...and you should increase fibre intake and black tea to cut down your fat ...
also google natural vasodilators foods which are very imprtant to penis enlargment...

Pain in muscles and pain in penis aren't same, when you lifting, after few reps you feel your muscles BURNING right? But with penis it's different, once you feel dull ache across the shaft when doing girth work, that's good, but any sort of weird pain or sharp pain, decrease intensity or stop if pain goes on even with decreased intensity, you ca damage it badly if you go through sharp pain, better stay off than to damage it, I'd kill myself if I hurt my penis for longer period...
