I also think this will work as well, as I have recently started ball stretching/hanging at the same time as regular hanging. I have a bit of a turkey neck that i also want to get rid of! and especially dont want to get worse
Anyway, I believe this works b/c even though you are stretching more skin what happens is that you are pulling the TN in the opposite direction it wants to go, making the skin more taut. The reason TN's exist is b/c of the bunching of skin while hanging/jelqing or whatever. But by putting a stretch in the opposite direction, it does not allow the skin to bunch up as much
