Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone could be of assistance to me. I am very new to PE and have only recently began thinking about it.

I had a look into the subject before and went as far as purchasing a male edge extender, which I used on and of for a little while but never really found the time to do anything productive.

I started working shifts and bought a house which lead to even less time.

I have just this minute purchased a bath mate X30 after reading extensively into their benefits and intend to use this as a major part of my PE journey.

I will be using for everything from warmup to length and girth gains using the stretching method and was wondering if being new to this whole thing, would it be too much to use both devices together. I mean I don’t have too much time anyway so will focus mainly on the bath mate but if I add in a couple of extender sessions weekly will this help or hinder my progress ?

Would I be better off jelqing right after instead of using extender to begin with or what ?

Anybody that can shed some light on this for me, it will be greatly appreciated.

With all the equipment you have you can use the SRT Routine. This is the smartest routine out there because it puts equal importance on gaining as it does healing. It will teach you all the basics to build a good foundation and since it is progressive you will be adding intensity over time. Since you have limited time I would look over the routine and cut it down in sets and time according to your preference.
 
A good routine to start with would be to start with girth first using your bathmate 3 sets of 5 minutes and doing 3 sets of jelqs for 5 minutes in between the bathmate sets.

Next start to edge for 20-30 minutes, edging means to masturbate until you're about to cum, but STOP! don't blow your load, let the sensation go away but also keep your erection and continue to do this over and over until you hit your time limit then you can shoot your load. This will help with fill up all the temporary gains you made in girth with blood that is very nutrient rich and full of hormones that will help you grow. After your load is blown, your pens will become very soft and malleable.

You want to take advantage of this period of time with some good length work. Typically a beginning routine looks like this:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

After you finish your stretching then it's time to slap on that extender and wrap up your routine.

I understand you may be on a time crunch so play around with this routine maybe shorten up the sets on all the stretches etc.
 
It's going to be uncomfortable for you to pump and go in the extender with the straps. Your going to want a device like the penis master pro to wear it comfortably you can get a discount on here I believe on the spare parts. Read my sticky up top if you want to find out more.

Your going to want to wear the extender as much as possible regardless of anything.

The bathmate you got can go well with edging and manuals ect. Do this when your the most turned on because your going to want to be erect as much as possible durning the session.

You can do girth before the extender or after it doesn't matter it's a shock to switch it up and do both but I don't like fluid retention when using the devices is all.

Thank you all very much for your responses, this is something I will have to do without the fiancée knowing so like I say, I will try and keep it as short as possible. Think I will look into the SRT routine tonight with the idea of starting as soon as possible.

In regards to routine I believe I will start with the Bathmate and SRT routine that DLD has recommended once I get time to read through it and put it into practice. I am trying to do this without the fiancée knowing as everyone knows the best judge of penis size is when your other half says wow what happened to him lol.
DLD you and your gains have been a real inspiration to me and are what made me decide to start my PE journey as well as all the other happy people on this forum. It's amazing what a bigger dick can do to people happiness levels haha.
I will probably incorporate the extender in the next couple of weeks as long as I have time as it seems futile to do so intermittently and not give it my all.
Also jaronimo thank you for te stretching tips and the edging idea, I so this quite often anyway without actually realising what it was called lol. Either when having sex with my partner or masterbating I always stop myself then go again so I'm happy to try this.
Oh and one last thing, I have pics (not going to post until I see some gains and confidence is upped) and will keep all up to date with a decent progress report once I start preoperly.

Good to hear that you got some good advice. Really take your time to go through the SRT routine, there seems like a lot to learn but once you have read the entire explanation you will start to see it is very simple, it is all about gaining and healing with the most speed. For many years men believed healing to be a warm down, but in SRT it takes on a much greater meaning. You have everything you need to get started so the rest is education. What is you current size? length and width? what are your future goals?

Is your focus mainly girth right now? I presume this just b/c of your purchase of the BM and it seems what time you have to do PE it will go to BM training.

A great way to include SRT after a BM session is with clamping. I will look for a great thread about clamping that someone was posting about last month. Basically they clamp lightly so blood flow remains but restricts the outflow of blood so the cock stays more engorged with blood allowing for healing to happen while there is still expansion going on after a BM session.

I know you dont have much time for extending but when you do it is great! I love using my extender...especially after a strong LengthMaster session or hanging session. My main goal is length though.

No problem, man. I've always been on a time crunch with p.e. also and my best advice is to first begin experimenting with workouts and routines that you read about and begin to piece together the things that you have time for. There's not a problem with modifying routines to fit your needs and schedule as long as you're being consistent and putting in the work everyday.
 
I have gone through most of the SRT stuff now DLD and have been looking at a few other routines too. I am actually aiming for an increase in length and girth so will be doing DLD's stretches whilst using Bathmate as long as it works ok. Tested it out quickly to make sure it fits ok and everything and it makes me look quite small but that is good in a way as more room for growth lol.
Just looking into wrapping and a few other things now to help with the healing whilst engorged/extended theory as I want to cement my gains as quickly as possible.
Clamping does seem a little scary to me but I will need to find a good cock ring me thinks, you prefer silicone over metal though DLD, correct ?
I'm open to trying anything but like I say with limited time most days it isn't easy.
If you ever want to try and do a similar study to your SRT study with someone with limited time DLD then let me know, I would love to be one of the first to try out a super quick super effective workout made by you lol.

SRT can fit into any time table, even if it is only 30 minutes a day. The idea here is being creative with the time and getting elongation and expansion as quickly as you can. Sometimes a limited time table will force you into a more stealth routine where you find small breaks throughout the day to cause enlargement and then trapping this enlargement as long as possible. On my more limited schedule I would get in 5 minutes of jelqing in every other hour and get 5 minutes of stretching in on the off hours. This served to keep me in an enlarged state the entire day. I would use the Uncle Jims Wrap to keep the elongation around and use a cock ring to keep the expansion around. On the days I just could not do this I would get up an hour early and work it into there before anyone was awake. There is always a way to make some time to get bigger and even if it is a little it will still help in the long run. Who knows, maybe your schedule will clear up and allow longer sessions but it is still good to do something, even if it a small amount, just to stay in the game.
 
You really are quite the optimist DLD, always putting a positive spin on things. I'm sure I can find at least an hour a day and when I'm at the gym I can wear uncle Jim's wrap too I suppose. Even when I'm at work to keep elongated all day. I mean, the cock ring may be the problem as it gets uncomfortable to wear after a short period of time doesn't it so although I would keep my engorgement, is it not mostly old blood in the penis by the time it starts to go cold or purple for example, or does that just mean my cock ring is too right ?
As soon as I and my fiancée are back at work next week I should be able to find time to get stuck into the Bathmate for an hour after work before I sleep which will be perfect and maybe wrap overnight, another workout as soon as I wake and then wrap it back up and I should have a nice little routine going.

DLD is an optimist because he knows good thoughts bring a good reality. When you're at work, you can even do small things like move your legs together and increase the blood flow to your penis to keep it from turtling through the day. Don't wrap after you use the bathmate though. Medium sized cock ring would probably be a better option.

That is correct, after girth you will want to keep the pump through a cock ring and after length you will want to keep the elongation with a SizeGenetics or Uncle Jim's Wrap or something similar.
