I start off with a stretch righr 25 kegeks
Rotary circles center left rigjt than stretch left 25 kegels
I repeat the cranks and stretches to the center down and up one time
Than 3 sets of 30 sec reps each way for btc

Than i fucken kill my dick with a straifht down 3 30 sex eaxh way

I monster pressure it so hard i feel it in my lower stomach! I use so mych pressure i cant continue. This is my 3rd day and i feel so sore after every workout.


My dick gets really sore from the straifht down stretches
Are there any other straight sown stretches? I dont feel straifht out very much. Bur btc and straight down get really sore
 
What's important is that you need to pick a workout and stay with it,train everyday and wait.If you keep chaning your routines you won't gain.

Your routine looks good,stick with it for 9-10 months,even a year,and see what results you have.

With the soreness you are feeling there will be some fatigue which usually translates to a temporary smaller size. I suggest using ACE, Phallosan or SizeGenetics to keep yourself extended as you heal. I go into depth on this in the SRT thread if you care to read. But, soreness and fatigue are very normal when training intensely.

Also my lm is giving me probs again i wrap my dick well nkw but today it still pushes everything on my dick
Is my lm bad?

Be sure to get in at least 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches before training, this will bring a much more stretchable state to the penis. You can also opt to masturbate before length work which will bring a malleable state immediately.

How are you wrapping using your LengthMaster?

Ok my second week of new intensity
And damn my hardest workout yet! I felt like Bret hart put me on the sharpshooter I was talking out! I used so much pressure it hurt like crazy I could really feel it. I really hope I'll gain within the next few weeks. I'm starting to think I wasn't actually pulling with enough pressure but lately I've been destroying it
I thought I was gonna rip it off today!

Yeah. My glans always stay larger than my shaft. It has gotten bigger with the girth I gained before.

Also, if I get to aroused, my head swells to where it looks smooth and hard. I try to edge when I masturbate. I don't wanna lose any stamina I gained. Big reason why I can't masturbate and then stretch. That makes my glans hurt afterwards and stretching is a no-no. Double edge sword.

Good. You should feel a dull, soreness. No pain. Any pain and you hurt yourself. You'll definitely gain now that your wrap is good. Be careful on the pain. You can hurt or tear something. You want to get fatigued and slightly sore, never hurting ok. Nice work brother.
 
Sorest I've been today
I touched my base and when I touch it it's sore and when I stretch down its sore. Should I take an off day? Or stretch more
 
Do you have an extender? Definitely keep it on as long as you can. If you don't, just keep doing low intensity stretches throughout the day to keep that fatigue. Stay in a slightly sore state until your next session. Best way to get length gains. Don't hurt yourself, but stretch everyday you can. DLD will tell you that every time and it works.
