Its nice to hear its working for you, i believe the bouncing motion is more effective as it is more intense. I dont know what you mean by clamp sets, i am not using clamps, i use my hands to grip the base and under the glans that is what i ment by clamping off. You can do the bouncing motion for 30 seconds take a 30-60 second rest and repeat for 10 sets. Let me know results you get, good luck!

hahaha I've been doing them with a cable clamp. Works great! Keeps my dick real hard hehe.
I do manual stretches in all directions x 3 sets then I get erect and clamp of for ten minutes while doing these expressive stretches in all directions, I do 2 sets. Making my way up to three and maybe in the future more. But yeah,sometimes I do bouncy ball method or just a 30 second pull. Then I stop the timer and get erect again whit the clamp on and tug away. My dick is real sore after that.
 
The clamping will surely help in intensity, are you doing the pull ups for 10 mins a set? the 30 second pull will work too as long as you can feel the intensity is good, but for me personally it wasnt as intense but everyone is different.
 
It depends. its more of like a add on exercise for my current routione. sometimes I clamp for five minutes while yanking then restimulating, then yanking again. Sometimes for 30 seconds sometimes a little longer. Sometimes 10 minute sets, or multiple sets. Depends on weather I've rested the previous day, how sore my dick is, etc.. But a great exercise and one that I will continue to do for a while for sure!

When clamping at the base for these, I'm assuming it's in front of the testicles? Or, behind like with an expressive stretch like The Total Package Stretch?

Your saying grip below the glans. That's what the PMP does. When overdoing it one day with the SG and PMP I noticed a little pop or tear right below the glans but I ignored it now I'm taking a break from it.

Also the LG hanger hanger I hear grabs below the glans. This has sparked my interest now that there's a word for it lol I'm going to look into it.
 
Interesting. will try that later on while doing my girth work. Only the thread title is misleading since bouncing your dick up and down while being stretched is definitely not isometric work, but the contrary (dynamic work).

IMO, the best way to stretch out the inner penis is through bundled expressive stretching with the length master. It works wonders and makes your base girth thicker.
