I call it the AA15 technique. The best way to express the hidden penis is erect stretching, but no one has used the isometric principle with it, and let me tell you it makes all the different.
I get erect then clamp off at the base and under the glans, and then pull and release in small pull ups and let go, i can really feel the stretch in the hidden penis and it is a dull ache. I use a bouncing rhytHydromax, like boucning a ball or how a women would bounce her boobs up and down, so its not a simple pull up and release, its up down in a particular rhytHydromax.

AA15 Sounds like an assault rifle:) Very cool way to do Expressive Stretching, the rhytHydromax of stretch and un-stretch will certainly help express new, inner penis.
 
i didnt understand how exaclty you do it.a liitle more details please?
 
Why don't you just attach a chain to you dick and your roof and jump off. Best gains from that. Jk. Ya this idea sounds promising. I don't see the point of the behind glands clamp though....explain how this would benefit internal stretches. I see how base clamping would be good.

My first guest is that the behind the glans clamp gives you a place to grab so you perform the stretch better. If that isn't the reason im sure it does help with grip though and improved stretch.

Yeah, a video or pictures would help.
 
I will explain it so that it makes complete sense. I clamp off at base of penis and under glans of my erect penis for no other reason except good grip and for the fact that it makes for a better stretch. As for the motion, imagine you are shaking a carton of juice and you can only shake it from angle 6 to 12, that is the motion you use with the hand grips, now how fast or slow you go depends on how you feel when doing the stretch, you should feel a good dull ache when done right but never pain.

Has anyone thought of using PNF stretching in conjuntion with Penis Enlargement? PNF is meant to be the most effective form of stretching from what I understand.

6 to 12 is up and down, the numbers on a clock face, what is PNF?
 
Hey Junglefever. I did these last night after my manual stretches. Frickin awesome. I did them with jkust one clamp and the baby powder works fine for me. I fel the dull ache deep in the inner penis. I have a question though. Should I be doing the boucy ball thing (up and down) or is it good sometimes to hold a good 30 second stretch or maybe more? also. I did 2 10 minute clamp sets. It's in these sets that I did the stretches. How many sets should I be aiming for? Thanks.
 
Research the spinal stretch reflex before attempting any type of dynamic stretching like this.

These really kicks ass super intense! I have tried them and seems to be the manual edition of the Bathmate hardcore stretches.

Thanks im glad you like them, i was looking for a solution for doing erect stretches as effective as the dld harcore stretches, because those hurt my penis when pumped, i invented the excercise and it was super intense so i wanted to share it with you guys, let me know how you get on and what kind of gains you get.
