ok guys I have been away from home for a while. Gonna be going home in like a week. I am looking for any tips or advice to really rock the little lady's world. even more cum than zinc and lecithin, sweeter, maybe a even a one week super set to make him just a bit bigger, anything at all. Heck even tips on makin the occassion a bit better, sex or otherwise. keep in mind I don't have alot of $$ but some to spend on it and only roughly a week till I'm back home. Actually just over a week.

so come on guys!! This thread wouldn't be just for me but may also help someone who may have that special date or occassion coming up soon.
 
also maybe weight lose etc is welcome as in the last week or 2 I started drinkin alot of soda in the day time while working and the gut shows. so diet suggestion would be encouraged as well. And any advice on getting off the lack of energy/headaches from not having a morning caffine fix. I mean if I get that inital fix I'm usually good but lately because I wasn't paying for most of my beverages I drank what sounded good instead of what I should have been drinking more of.
 
first off get off the soda, that shit is garbage. drink pleanty of water and try some fruit juices such as pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry, if you want to sweeten the taste of your load. Your not going to gain much in a week but it wouldnt hurt to stretch to max potential. Caffeine aint good either man, IMO it causes problems down there, i would limit your doses. Just get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and you should be good to go. I dont know if this is exactly what you want, any other questions feel free to ask.
 
actually it's pretty close. and is appreciated. I would love to honestly almost totally do away with caffine/soda but need that little extra kick in the morning. and I know DLD battled with the coffee thing for a little while and I'm sure others have too. What have you guys done to kick it? Just quit cold? wien yourself off it? for me personally other than the headaches I'm sure it's not the desire for soda as much as it is a flavored drink.
and as far as the sweetening my load, I have read most of the tips and tricks on that part of it but it's more the limited time frame thing that I am looking at, and how to do it on such short timing.
as far as larger loads the maca and arginine thing sounds like an idea but was hopeing to hear about how much if any improvement I may see over the zinc and lecithin.
 
I still get a Starbucks coffee every morning and when I eat pizza I do have Coke with it but I don't do this very often.
 
since you only have a short time, WATER is your best bet. Drink lots and lots of water. It will also increase your penis size. Along with water, lots of walking will get rid of your gut and get you back into better shape. Do some bend, bend over and touch the floor and squats. You need your back into shape too. If you do this for a week, it will really help. if you are going to give the "little Lady" the romp you want and she wants, you must be in shape too. Also, so good hard jelqs will put the penis into shape too.

It is the long muscles that create increased testosterone. It will do you well for your upcoming rendevous. GS
 
Thx fellas. and GS when you say water does koolaid, fountain juice, and tea count? I mean other than the initial soda in the morning the rest I could easily switch I think. I just like some flavor. and with it being 100+ degrees most of the last couple months here drinking water at a gallon plus isn't so hard to do. that's straight water not anything else, plus drinking lots of juice, soda. probably why it looks like I have bloated the last couple weeks. again fellas thank you and any further help is appreciated.
 
Water, pure good water. Once you start drinking water you will know what I mean. You will desire it. The other sugar stuff is bad for you. Quit it. If you drink a soda, you are pouring sugar into your system and you don't need it. It will bloat you. If you really want to be the best, Water only. If you need the coffee, that is better than the soda. Juice is okay but limit it. Carbonated stuff only occasionally. Stay away from the booze if you want to be in the best shape you can be for her. booze is nor has is it ever been an issue for me. so that's one up. ok I know it's gonna be sort of tough for me to give up the soda but I'm gonna try it this week. and see if I can't substitute something else till I can conqeur the headaches from lack of. wish me luck guys.
 
and what about the sugars from fruits? are those good for you?and would a chicken diet be better than red meat to aid in my goal?
 
You should try an exercise routine to add. Even if you do the treadmill or run for 30 minutes this will help. I started a massive weight lose routine this past January and have lost over 40 lbs. DEFINITELY water is very important. If you want something flavored, try stuff like crystal light or sugar free kool aid. Some may debate the healthiness of artificial sweetner, but it's better than having high sugar content drinks when you're trying to loose weight. You will almost get addicted to water if you keep drinking it. My day usually consists of my carbs in the morning and lunch, then straight protein and vegetables for dinner (like a baked chicken breast and green beans).

If you already drink a lot of soda, cutting it out completely for awhile will bring about great weight loss from what I've heard. You shouldn't snack at all but if you're going too, try pretzels instead of doritos, fruit instead of candy, etc. Also definitely try coffee in the morning instead of soda. I drink coffee every morning :shocking: Good luck!!
 
guys I really thank you for your input on this. but I did want to say I'm far from a couch potatoe. I usually work 14+ hr days, am constantly climbing ladders, carrying heavy items up 1-2 stories to the top of commercial businesses, etc. plus alot my my work requires hours outdoors working. And most resently in 100+ degree weather daily, for over a month, 6 days a week. Currently do to my business I am living out of a hotel room so ovens etc are in limited supply.

So far today it's almost noon and haven't touched a soda yet. and everytime I think I'll get some flavored drink or soda I grab the gallon of water. so, so far so good. what about things like gadorade or other sports drinks?

plus alot my my work requires hours outdoors working
and most recently in 100+ degree weather daily

6 days a week
do to MY business

if all of this amazing stuff, none of which i could do, does not rock this lady's world, then nothing will ! including a little extra spoo. if she doesn't apreciate all this, then to hell with her.
