After an extended pe break, I find myself needing a new routine for a the near future. Due to an accident I have almost no use of my left arm. If I raise it only a couple of inches it starts to tingle (like pins and needles) and if i go beyond that the pain is unbearable.

I need routine that can be done entirely with the right hand. If I overuse the right hand then i still get the excruciating pain from my nexk down the left arm. Even typing this is a MF. Any help or advice is certainly appreciated.

P.S. Even while i have not been posting for a long time I have still come here to read and keep up with what you guys are/were doing. You guys are still my heroes.

I hope that you will make a good recovery oneday and infact know you will.
Visualise yourself in your mind eachnight before going to sleep useing that left hand, doing things with it even if its the most simple and truely have faith that this is going to happen soon and let no negativity into your life regarding that arm. It WILL work again, miracles do happen take it from me who had a hellish year in 2008 and a poor start this year but god saved me and has lead me into fresh water, away from the staleness that would have, or could have ruined me. Things do happen for a reason sometimes and in time that reason for me will be clear, but not yet. I'm not saying what occured to you happened for a reason good but possibly something could have happened to you that would have had a wide effect and what went down, went down for that reason but you can put it right. I know of a man who was in a wheel chair for approx 2-3 years and could not walk at all ... period. His physio work was declining and it wasnt looking good, until I told him what I just told you. This was approx 2 years ago now when I worked in the medical field. Anyway after 3 months he started to see positive things, small things and than soon afterwards he suddenly got the need to try and walk .... just like I told him to IMAGINE in his head, walking from the bed to the toilet across the corridor, he did that in this physical world and he DID IT ... he walked for the first time without aid in god knows how long and this was the start as than, no one could stop him. He's now ... get this, working again full time in the job he loved. He thanked me, but I told him not to thank me but to thank god and the power of the mind ... that where their is a will, than their is a way and with the help of god miracles are born. For those that quickly dismiss god as false and it all to be coincidental need to think why they say such things in haste, as when you have been in the bramble bushes as many times like me you know that miracles dont come from nowhere and only the lord and the pure can bring about such a positive change ... alongwith you helping yourself, because god will help you but only if you help yourself.
 
Since you cant really jelq properly or anything maybe equipment might be the way to go such as an extender, pump or even clamping.
 
I don't know a lot about it but clamping will be your best bet for girth as you can engorge, clamp and then use the free hand to squeeze and manipulate. Length is easy as you can stretch with one hand but you may want to incorporate a Power Assist so that you have many options to stretch. The PA will allow you to use your feet as well as you hands to stretch. Sock stretches are another length option you may want to explore.

Thanks for the welcome my friend. Clamping is definately out for me for now. I tried clamping over two years ago and ended up with a numbness in the glans. This is the injury that i mentioned to you in the pm a week or so back. Naturally i freaked and stopped all pe until recently. At the recommendation of Red I have been dipping penis in Hot water (Hot as i can stand it), then switch to ice water. I don't understand it but it is slowly working. Any other suggestions are surely welcome.

I will check out the sock stretches tonight to see if they are possible. I have a power assist here if i can remember where i stored it.
