After an extended pe break, I find myself needing a new routine for a the near future. Due to an accident I have almost no use of my left arm. If I raise it only a couple of inches it starts to tingle (like pins and needles) and if i go beyond that the pain is unbearable.
I need routine that can be done entirely with the right hand. If I overuse the right hand then i still get the excruciating pain from my nexk down the left arm. Even typing this is a MF. Any help or advice is certainly appreciated.
P.S. Even while i have not been posting for a long time I have still come here to read and keep up with what you guys are/were doing. You guys are still my heroes.
