So my BPenis EnlargementL is 6.25 and my NBPenis EnlargementL is 5.5 but my SBPenis EnlargementL is 7.25. My questions is how can I get my EL closer to my ESL? I've done some erect stretching but it doesn't seem to close the gap. I desperately want EL to be more than 5.5 NBPenis EnlargementL, my starting stat was 5.0 NBPenis EnlargementL so I've gained 0.5 but it's been almost 2 years. Please help, has there been anyone who has gone from 5 to 8?

Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in Penis Enlargement (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. But believe me, if you set your hopes to gain huge size in no time- you might fall into disappointment and all the motivation you have can easily collapse. Do not measure weekly! Measure once every month or so. Again- gains do not come overnight and you might be very disappointed. Know that there are lots of brothers that work really hard and do intense routines for months to see gains smaller than a half an inch. There will be months where you see gains and there will be months where you won’t see gains. I, in no way want to demotivate you, I want you to expect the worst and not have a broken heart and lost your motivation and dedication. Expect the worst, if you get more than you expected- GREAT! , if you get what you expected- GREAT! And now for the advice on where to start- start from the Newbie routine written by DLD himself. This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first Penis Enlargement exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of Penis Enlargement behind your back.

You need nothing more than following the routine I sent you. If you have any questions- make sure to ask, i'll keep my eye on this thread :)

DLD Blasters will help you to make greater ligament gains and they also serve to stretch the Tunica. If most of your gains have been from ligament stretching I suggest including some Expressive Stretching and some Tunica Work done via Girth Work. With the proper equipment, which you have, SRT is the best routine to jump into.

DLD Blasters will help you to make greater ligament gains and they also serve to stretch the Tunica. If most of your gains have been from ligament stretching I suggest including some Expressive Stretching and some Tunica Work done via Girth Work. With the proper equipment, which you have, SRT is the best routine to jump into.
 
Thanks so much for the encouragement. I've been lurking on the site for about 2yrs now, I posted my introduction at one point but it was deleted some how. I have a Bathmate X-40, and size genetics, I've only gained 0.5 inches on my NBPenis EnlargementL from 5 inches to 5.5 my BPenis EnlargementL is 6.25 and my SEBPL is 7.25 how can I close the gap from my Stretch length the best? What are DLD blasters? What is a TOW stretch? I know how to do the newbie routine and A stretches and that is it, please help, I haven't seen any Gains In a long time. In the Bathmate I am about 180mm but when I am erect without anything the best I get is 6.25 BPenis EnlargementL.
 
Well, I told you- I think you should do some erect stretches. I think this could be of huge help to you.

Second- this will definitely help- lost some fat pad. Even if you stop your Penis Enlargement and start losing weight, after 3-4 months and after a 20-30 lbs loss- you will have a bonus 0,5 or so NBPenis EnlargementL. My best advice for you is to start doing some Penis Enlargement and start working out and working on the weight loss issue. Combining both should lead to maximum gains.


The Blasters are more of a principle than an exercise (but boy that's an amazing exercise!!!). ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...rs-for-Unreal-Length-Gains&highlight=Blasters ). Look at this! As far as it goes for the TOW's- this is a question I myself would like to have answered as wel. :)

Most of the time when I'm erect I Just grab the head of the penis and pull straight out as hard as I can, that's about it for erect stretching. Any others that would be most beneficial?
