Watch this vid on how the fascia works in the body to have an understanding of "myofascial release". It does contain images of cadavers, but nothing gross, and the visual lesson drives the concept home.

After seeing the video, you'd know that the tiny fibers laid down by the body get stuck to each other so when you break up those adhesion, you are actually doing a myofascial release.
So when talking about the penis, we don't really need to work locally (meaning we are not trying to do "deep tissue" work on the penis itself), that's taken care of by all the manual techniques found in Penis Enlargement (Penis Enlargement could be understood -broadly- as a penile "medical" massage).
When I saw the eBook I hoped to find what structures needed to be "released" in order to maximize function. I didn't find much on there. I have my own opinions on the subject and will share when I give more shape to them so they can be tried out.
One example of the above: In the book, the authors mention the effect of the tonus of the Latissimus Dorsi in sexual performance, they advice to strengthen this muscle because it's the "only muscle that joins the upper limbs with the pelvic area" ... I don't agree with this, and if this is the case, why did they omit mentioning the Psoas muscle? which is the only muscle that joins the torso, with the lower limbs?
Anyway, back on the subject... you ARE already doing fascial manipulation when doing Penis Enlargement, the question is: is this the ONLY way this could be done to support our goal of creating a stronger, bigger, AND healthier male organ of love? I think we can come up with some REALLY cool stuff ...
What about bundled stretches? I get a different feeling on my penis, like of overall growth when I do these.. just my thoughts.
