Hello to everyone,

Let me start off by saying this after a few months of lurking around this forum is very helpful and I have never seen such a forum with so many good and helpful members. Especially after being a member of a few bodybuilding forums lol. My initial motivation was to be confident in my penis, have control of my penis and stronger erections and to have great sex (don't we all). I don't necessarily want a 10" penis, my initial goal is 7"NBP x 5.5"MEG.

I have been doing a routine since february and have seen no measurable gain. However, before I started I never measured very accurately. I am currently 6-6.2" NBP 6.8-7" BP and 4.9-5" EG. I have noticed my fat pad varies depending on if I am lying down standing up legs together or legs apart. Are there any tips for measuring accurately, I want to have an accurate measurement which I can revisit after another three months to objectively and accurately measure whether or not I am making gains.

I have visually noticed my BPFSL has improved and my EQ has been better than ever given that I am doing my kegels and sex feels better so I have bought in to PE as a whole. I do bodybuilding so I am used to being consistent and patient for results. I have managed to go from 12" arms to 15.2" arms and from a 36" chest to 44" chest in the space of 3 years. I am currently bulking hence the fat pad lol.

Recently I have a lump on the skin on the back of my glans. It has been two weeks and has died down however I tried jelqing and it got bigger so I stopped. However, it died down after an hour but is still just about there. What could this be and what should I do? I feel a slight pain when I push it but nothing even slightly unbearable. It is somewhat a mix between clear and the colour of my skin.

In terms of my lack of gains, considering intensity, when I do my stretching I feel something in my pelvis, just below my testes, upper legs and stomach pulling back depending on the angle of the stretch. However, I am able to stretch farther than when I started in every direction so this is a good sign in my head. When I jelq I physically feel fuller and it has a more vascular look but I have never measured after a girth session to see if there is any measurable temporary gain. The ruler is my worst enemy so I don't like measuring lol.

The routine is basically the newbie routine with a few minor differences, I do this 4-5x a week:

Warm up:
Light bundled stretching and light dld blasters for 5 minutes whilst lying in a hot bath.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Jelqing
100 quick 1 second jelqs (I can not jelq longer as it just slips and I am not that big)
60 second slow squash jelq with small breaks in between the 60 seconds to regrip.
I do this for 20 minutes.

I kegel and reverse kegel now and again but have never been consistent with it or kept count. I tried to wrap once but did it incorrectly and had some fluid retention just below the head which died down after a day. I got the lump I have a week after so I am waiting for this to go away before I try wrapping again. I am also currently just stretching and not jelqing waiting for this lump to go away.

I take an NO2 booster, vitamin d, fish oils and a multivitamin every day.
Is there anything I can improve in my routine or things to look out for that could negatively effect me in the future.
I look forward to having a great time on this forum and thank everyone for taking their time to read my story.

Welcome to the Brotherhood! The lump on the underside of your penis, is it a blister? Can you snap a picture so I can diagnose? You do not want to work through a blister as it will cause scaring. If it is not a blister I will have different directions. Your workout is a great workout but if it is not producing gains we will need to modify the intensity and time or add in equipment. Since you are following the Newbie Routine with stretching I suggest the LengthMaster to do those stretches. Some men just need much more intensity than others (you should now this from weight training). With girth I always suggest the BathMate and the SRT Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) workout as it is most expansive and brings girth gains much faster than any other single exercise of tool. It is the combination of the BathMate with the SSJ that makes all the difference.

On the bump; Is it hard? Is there pain? Is there discoloration? Does it feel like a wire or a bump? Does it affect any normal penile function?

Thanks for the reply DLD! It feels like a hard bump probably about 1-2cm long. It expanded when I recently tried jelqing but went down after an hour. There is very slight discolouration but barely noticeable (a slightly lighter colour than my skin colour which is 'olive') unless I look really closely and it does not effect penile function whatsoever. I have only been stretching since making sure I avoid the bump, should I stop and heal?
I won't be able to get any equipment until September when I move out so I am stuck with manual work until then. I guess I will have to use some kind of thin cloth to improve grip and pull harder, sometimes I feel like if I pull any harder my penis will separate from my body and hang from my skin lol.
How effective is wrapping and looser underwear? Is it potentially the difference between gains and no gains.

OK, so this is an ingrown hair or a pimple/cyst. My advice in both cases is to use a hot compress daily for 5 minutes until it drains on its own. Do not pop, do not prod, do not do anything but allow it to heal on its own. If you pop it will cause scaring and the scarring will become worse and worse the bigger you get as it will stretch the scar. You can continue training, just be watchful on the area of concern.

Thanks for your reply DLD. It is starting to reduce and is barely visible now after I followed your advice. You're a genius!
I have recently increased how hard I pull. My skin burns when I do the pull depending on the angle. For example a straight up pull will result in my upper leg skin burning because of the intensity of the pull. A BTC stretch puts a really intense stretch on my lower stomach as well as my penis of course. Could I just have really tight hamstrings, abs and lower back muscles which are negatively effecting my ability to make gains? I have also heard and felt my ligaments pop twice in successive days. Am I overdoing it or is the what is needed for gains. I can pull harder but at this point I think my penis may fly off my body haha.
The pop sensation was similar to clicking my wrists but slightly different. It was very weird, something I have never experienced.

Popping is a very scary thing but it is completely harmless. Basically it is exactly like cracking your knuckles, air gets trapped at the pubic bone and when you stretch the ligament away it makes an audible pop or crack. That is simply air being released. Crack your knuckles now and you will here and experience the same thing.

I have recently been pulling when I have toilet breaks at work for about 1-2 minutes. I usually use one hand to hold the bottom of my actual penis not the base and the other hand just below the glans and pull them in separate directions. It usually gives me a temporary boost in my flaccid hang and loosens up my penis. Is this a commonly used stretch? Is it dangerous? I feel a ridiculous stretch so I don't actually pull that hard. Is it something that could be used in my routine and used with more intensity?
Thanks for your time as always dld.

No its not dangerous you it sounds like an A-Stretch or a Y-Stretch your basically using your hand as a fulcrum. Yes you could include this into your routine as changing things keeps the body guessing.

Good advice.

Awesome guys thanks for the advice.
So I have eased back into jelqing. The bump is very small at this point and doesn't get in the way. After my jelqing and SSJ routine I had swelling under the glans of my penis. It was the same as when I incorrectly wrapped my penis before as explained in my OP but this time there wasn't any discolouration. It looks like cauliflower ear but much much less extreme haha. It's very slight swelling and that is all I can liken it to. Should I continue to jelq? I have not jelqed in 3 weeks before today and the wrapping issue was about a month ago.
Also, I have been stretching much harder to illicit gains as I had no gains for the first three months. In the BTC and straight down stretch I feel a deep slight pain. The pain is above the base of my penis but below my abdomen. It is deep as well it's not base soreness which I have experienced in the past.
Any advice? The PE business is harder than I thought it would be lol. I am very determined to make gains but it is just one hurdle after the other, still I will try my best.

That soreness is a good thing and expected for the first month or two. It will eventually fade and you will actually miss it as many think that soreness is a sign of gains. I am very happy too hear that the bump is all but gone, you must be so happy. My advice is to take it super slow and build up in intensity and progression. I do not want to see you injured again! Be safe and ease in!

Yes, the PE Game is one reserved for the strong!
