Hello to everyone,
Let me start off by saying this after a few months of lurking around this forum is very helpful and I have never seen such a forum with so many good and helpful members. Especially after being a member of a few bodybuilding forums lol. My initial motivation was to be confident in my penis, have control of my penis and stronger erections and to have great sex (don't we all). I don't necessarily want a 10" penis, my initial goal is 7"NBP x 5.5"MEG.
I have been doing a routine since february and have seen no measurable gain. However, before I started I never measured very accurately. I am currently 6-6.2" NBP 6.8-7" BP and 4.9-5" EG. I have noticed my fat pad varies depending on if I am lying down standing up legs together or legs apart. Are there any tips for measuring accurately, I want to have an accurate measurement which I can revisit after another three months to objectively and accurately measure whether or not I am making gains.
I have visually noticed my BPFSL has improved and my EQ has been better than ever given that I am doing my kegels and sex feels better so I have bought in to PE as a whole. I do bodybuilding so I am used to being consistent and patient for results. I have managed to go from 12" arms to 15.2" arms and from a 36" chest to 44" chest in the space of 3 years. I am currently bulking hence the fat pad lol.
Recently I have a lump on the skin on the back of my glans. It has been two weeks and has died down however I tried jelqing and it got bigger so I stopped. However, it died down after an hour but is still just about there. What could this be and what should I do? I feel a slight pain when I push it but nothing even slightly unbearable. It is somewhat a mix between clear and the colour of my skin.
In terms of my lack of gains, considering intensity, when I do my stretching I feel something in my pelvis, just below my testes, upper legs and stomach pulling back depending on the angle of the stretch. However, I am able to stretch farther than when I started in every direction so this is a good sign in my head. When I jelq I physically feel fuller and it has a more vascular look but I have never measured after a girth session to see if there is any measurable temporary gain. The ruler is my worst enemy so I don't like measuring lol.
The routine is basically the newbie routine with a few minor differences, I do this 4-5x a week:
Warm up:
Light bundled stretching and light dld blasters for 5 minutes whilst lying in a hot bath.
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks
Jelqing
100 quick 1 second jelqs (I can not jelq longer as it just slips and I am not that big)
60 second slow squash jelq with small breaks in between the 60 seconds to regrip.
I do this for 20 minutes.
I kegel and reverse kegel now and again but have never been consistent with it or kept count. I tried to wrap once but did it incorrectly and had some fluid retention just below the head which died down after a day. I got the lump I have a week after so I am waiting for this to go away before I try wrapping again. I am also currently just stretching and not jelqing waiting for this lump to go away.
I take an NO2 booster, vitamin d, fish oils and a multivitamin every day.
Is there anything I can improve in my routine or things to look out for that could negatively effect me in the future.
I look forward to having a great time on this forum and thank everyone for taking their time to read my story.
