Hello everyone

I started pe 2 months ago. This is my routine:-

Using extender for 2 hours
5 min warm up
Stretching exercise and doing clockwise on my penis
500 jelqs
Masterbate myself but I do not ejaculate. I just wanna make it really really hard and when I am about to ejaculate, I stop myself from cumming and start massaging my balls.
Then end up with uli..

What do you think about my routine? Whenever I am done with pe exercises, my penis is longer in flaccid state.. Is there anything I should add in to get good result? Thanks for you opinion in advance :)
 
How long are you stretching and what stretches are you doing?

Ok, those are great stretches as they hit all angles, just be sure to get in at least 15 minutes a day if you can.
 
Yesterday I was trying this routine. When i woke up, I did this exercises: basic stretching, __________ stretch, tuniga stretch, dld tub stretch, dld blaster and erect stretching. I didn't do any jelqs. When I am done. I put on my extender for 2 hours. After 2 hours later, I did the same exercises again and put on extender for 2 more hours. After that, I finish it off with the same exercises again. When everything are done, my penis feel sore. I feeling it right now. Is that a good sign or am i over doing it? I might take a rest today and start girth exercises tomorrow. For my rest day, will it be fine if I do edging and ballooning?
 
Nice Work!

Big difference between pain and soreness. If its just sore,your OK. If it hurts, take it easy.

I love the effort you have. You ballooning/edging after intense length work then planning to do girth the next day can add up and you will have a crappy girth day tommorrow. If the soreness isn't that bad I would do some more length later, even if its a light routine. Then save ballooning/edging for Sunday girth day.
 
Thanks for the advice. I gonna do light stretching today. 3 sets of basic stretching, flaccid bend and lazy ass stretch. Can you recommend me any other stretch exercise I should do?

For my girth workout, this are the exercises that I gonna do. There are wet jelqs, jelqs downward, jelqs bend, uli and edging. What do you think?
 
Those are good. Bundled stretches are jack of all trades. They help length & girth.

Your girth is pretty nice. One thing I do is manipulate the PC muscles. I do normal kegels daily and intense reverse kegels during girth sessions.
 
It sounds like you are on the right track, I would suggest making a routine for both girth and length and let us take a look so we can direct you better.

Exercises are: Warm up, Basic stretching, __________ stretch, DLD blasters, Tuniga stretch, DLD tub stretcher, flaccid bend and if my penis get erect, I will do erect stretch. Testicles massage at the end.

I need more suggestion and advice on girth routine. After doing girth exercises, the next day will be a rest day for me then continue with length exercises.

Your length routine is awesome and I think you will make brilliant gains with it. As far as girth goes, since you have a Bathmate, I suggest rocking the DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters, it will make your routine bulletproof!
 
what do you think if I do clamp my penis with a cable clamp for 10 mins then do DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters exercises, when I am done with this. I continue with jelqing exercises (basic jelq, jelq down and uli) then warm down? are this too much?
