I think by cutting down on masturbation you'll recover. I used to edge alot, and it also hurt my eq maybe I wasn't doing it right. Now I have a rule that I only touch myself when training which is once in the morning once in evening. I have great eq this way

beside this. make sure to get atleast 3 liters of water everyday!

start doing some cardio (especially hard stuff like intervals etc)

and do DLD's kegel routine.

20 5 sec hold kegels.

Excellent advice AIM! I have always looked at masturbation as an opportunity to get in edging and girth work. I will make it a rule that I need to get in at least 30 minutes of training before letting one off. I am looking for a thick, long cock with eq like steel. If I can't get to that level masturbation will be skipped.
