Hi guys, and can't forget the mighty DLD. I have just started to become consistent with my P.E exercises about two days ago. Should I be seeing visible results along with physical results such more veins showing up down there, feeling fatigue in the ligaments, feeling sore, seeing temporary gain, etc or is it too early?

The reason I am asking this question is because I think I heard DLD mentioning that your penis is supposed to feel fatigue and sore I think. I can't quite remember everything that was said.

I hope I am doing the exercises right with enough intensity, because I don't feel anything much down there, except for a little loss in erection quality when I get hard.

My routine is:

Warmup - 5 -10 minutes
Stretching - Straight up center, left, right - 3 sets , 30 secs each
Straight out center, left, right - 3 sets , 30 secs each
Straight down center, left, right - 3 sets , 30 secs each
Under but cheeks center, left, right - 3 sets , 30 secs each
Rotary Cranks - 30 , 3 sets
Slapping on leg to get the blood flowing - 1 minute
Jelqing - 10 - 12 mins, overhand 6 minutes and underhand 6 mins
Warm down - 5 -10 minutes

I am uncircumcised and but when I jelq, I only goes as far as below the head not over so my skin doesn't go over the head and it doesn't get in the way.

Tell me what you guys think especially you DLD. Thank you in advance.

Excellent starting routine my Brother! On the issue of fatigue, when it is present take advantage of it through stretching, stretching and stretching more. Fatigue means accessible length with no resistance from pelvic floor muscles. So maybe so all girth work first and then attempt length in a fatigued state.

Is it normal to get a loss in erection quality for a while when your first start P.E?

EQ can be all over the place in the beginning because the penis is becoming used to new experiences it has not had before. It will quickly adjust and erection quality will be aces. Get yourself used to the work and it will become easier. Fatigue, soreness, temporary gains and such all come with a consistency of routine.
 
Oh ok because I thought it would be like when you're working out in the gym, like you know the first time you go to lift and you haven't done it in a long time, after that day sometimes you wake up the next day feeling all sore and shit in your muscles, so I thought would get the same feeling in my penis after a day or two of doing P.E.
 
Btw, should any kegels be done while stretching DLD. I will try the "girth first, length second" method. Sound logic. After girth your dick is fatigued and this is the best time to stretch. I) was wondering about if kegels should be done while doing the newbie routine. I saw some threads where you recommend jelq+ reverse kegels. Does that go for length also, or just ordinary kegels are better???? :) :) :)
