My glans get cold while I'm halfway through newbie routine stretches..Only difference with my routine is I hold a stretch for 1:30 minutes long so instead of doing three 30 second reps I do one because DLD said it is more effective...
Anyway, could it be that I cut off my blood flow to the glans because of gripping for too long and quite intensely?
 
my personal opinion i would cut time in half for a 5 minute jelq break inbetween SG sets
your penis going cold and purple for more than 30 minutes with out blood flow causes your blood to coagulate and start of necrosis setting in
your penis needs to breath
either use better wrap with SG or better strap with times in half
the time of coagulation starts is bout 20 to 30 minutes deepending on your bodies blood preasure
 
you must be using something either Bathmate clamp hanger Size Genetics Penimaster in order to get a purple head
anything that involves the hands on has a better blood release so your penis shouldnt turn purple
and if it is turning purple from just hand excersices Then Let it Go Man let it Breathe lol dont hold it for so long lol
 
I never said it turned purple lol it just gets cold and its not really that big of a problem. yeah I hold for a minute and a half straight on one direction.

Anyway Shaggy, I keep feeling less and less of a stretch in my ligs while pulling downwards and I read somewhere today that if you don't feel the stretch in your ligs change to tunica stretching...It's only been 3 weeks and I hear ligaments gains are the fastest gains so is it a good idea to just do what I'm doing like you said even if I don't feel stretch I just keep doing it cause it is actually streching? I'm hoping my newbie period hasnt ended already!
 
sorry my bad on the purple head my grammer got the best of me the word purple still running threw my head from today lol
what my late night grammer should have said is as long as doesnt turn purple head then work some blood into it with a switch of a couple jelqs inbetween

ok your penis and ligs are fatiqued first signs of your working it right
in a post of mine in my journal i mentioned anything facing down towards feet will go more limp anything faceing towards the head will have more blood flow
the reason for this is down is relaxed its normal state facing up the blood has to work in the veins from the heart
limp doesnt mean its a bad thing just more stretch
its there your doing great work keep constant and youll get it the rest of the way

sounds like above got sidetracked, minutes, hours, lol np.

the advice about different angles is sound. ensure to throw in a rotary after every set of directional stretches. maybe scramble your routine with some down and then up, btc then straight out... may help maintain bloodflow.
also next tool purchase for your tool, Supras Ring of Power. its good for increasing bloodflow in the penis and testicles. I can tell my balls are a bigger size now. you can wear it 24/7 but i take it off for SG so i dont get rugburnt skin at the base, remove for sex as well...

if thesese variations cant establish bloodflow, add in some more general warming and / or penis massage time mid-routine. get at least a partial erection, kegel, clamp your hand around like jelq to force blood to glans... couple of those aught to get glans warm and pink quick. just a couple while trying to avoid minutes lost to a full erection....
