I used the 20 rep routine when I was going to be a frosh in high school, I gained 15 pounds all over. If you need any help you can hit me up and I'll help you get on the right track. It's not as hard as some would have you believe, (muscle mags cough cough), but it's not as simple as lift the danged bar. That's why for some people going through all the info is hard, and you pay a guy like me to design a program based on the truth and on your individual goals. For some good info checkout infinityfitness.com, Scott is the man and I'm actually pretty good friends with him, and his info is right on the money and backed up in the lab, a true research lab at Indiana University, which is one of the best universities to attend for an exercise physiology/ kinesiology degree.
