I used the 20 rep routine when I was going to be a frosh in high school, I gained 15 pounds all over. If you need any help you can hit me up and I'll help you get on the right track. It's not as hard as some would have you believe, (muscle mags cough cough), but it's not as simple as lift the danged bar. That's why for some people going through all the info is hard, and you pay a guy like me to design a program based on the truth and on your individual goals. For some good info checkout infinityfitness.com, Scott is the man and I'm actually pretty good friends with him, and his info is right on the money and backed up in the lab, a true research lab at Indiana University, which is one of the best universities to attend for an exercise physiology/ kinesiology degree. Check it out and e-mail him with any questions, or you can PM me if you want some help. Holla

i think having muscular leg is good as for good body physique and muscularity of a man.. dont worry about it makin ur dick small, as long as ur dick is long, everything will be ok. hope this helps for others who are still ..u know.. wondering bout this

There are alot people are missing by not doing Good Mornings, Deadlifts (Stiff-legged, Romanian style etc) and ofcourse squats. All those compound movements are gold! I've been doing HST (Hypertrophy-Specific) for about 6 months now, I got decent results, but I am switching from Bodybuilding to Powerlifting. I will be starting doing what the guys at Westside Barbell do. Anyway, i'll stop rambling, I just wanted to say that compound movements are essential (atleast in my opinion).

One more thing, remember.. Variation is key when wanting to go forward in weightlifting. Switch set/reps and if you can, switch the exercise you are doing every few weeks and try to constantly increase the weight even if it is like 1 pound (I know this is obvious but some guys know it but don't apply it. I have a friend who's been training for a year and has not made any progress in the previous year because he does the same exercises).

Good Luck, and remember... Big legs rule! :)

My legs are decent sized, but my wife always tells me to make them bigger.

Squats & leg presses & calf raises were my staple when building my legs. But i can attribute most of my leg mass to all the high intensity running & stair climbing exercises I used for my baseball training. Unfortunately my lower body was allot leaner, bigger and more muscular than my upper body. Woops. :)

LOL, no hour glass, just weird looking until I filled out more of my upper body. My upper body at that time was really skinny, but my butt, thighs and calves were really muscular and noticeable. Oh word of advice! balance your training!! ;)

my Legs are huuuuge, i have 27 inch thighs and it may make my package look smaller but all i care about is what the Ruler says :D
