Hey everyone,

So, starting in the new year, I'm really hoping on making some massive gains (as I'm sure we all are) and I thought it would be a great idea to make a list of our top Penis Enlargement exercises that we're planning on using (or have used to great success). This thread can be used as a reference to those new to Penis Enlargement or to those looking for some new, challenging exercises to add to their routine.

Here are 3 exercises that have helped me make some gains and I'm planning to utilize these in the coming weeks/months:

-Erect Stretches: I haven't started with these yet, but I believe they could help with length gains. DLD pointed out that he recommends doing 10, 30 sec. reps of these.

-Uli's: These have been working great for me when it comes to girth. I do 5, 20 sec. reps 4 days a week.

-Horse Squeezes: Again, great girth exercise. 5, 20 sec. reps is all I'm doing in the first month I've been doing them.


Please add more (with a description if need be) and explain how they have helped you reach your goals.
