Hello everybody,

I'm a 23 y/o black male, in the military based in Japan. I am currently dieting and trying to lose weight.

Stats. . .
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.0///NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.75///EG:4.5

I have been chubby all of my life. I have a body type like; if I wore clothes that were two sizes too big, you would think I was skinny. I think my body fat has been hindering and hiding my true size. I purchased a cockring and penis pump from myhardwear.com (I also purchased a Power J Gym but it hasn't arrived yet because I had to get my brother send it here). I used the penis pump for the first time. . . all I can say is WOW.

The "BAD-ASS" Penis Pump is 9 inches long. . . I was 1.5 inches away from maxing out on this thing and I was no where near max pressure. Since most of you know how a penis pump works, this pump has a wide base so it pulled on my "inner penis" as well. As I pumped I could see the middle of my penis stretching, growing and showing more veins than I have ever seen before.

Was this showing my true potential size? Could body recomposition be my biggest issue?

I am going to take my time and treat this like a normal workout. I'm going to progress each time. I will not overdo it so please don't give me 2108437 posts about overdoing it lol.

I cannot stretch with this pump, so my next step is to get the Bathmate Hydromax or the penomet. Hard decisions. I probably will get that technique from bignlong tumblr guy as well.

**I will do the DLD routine with my Power J Gym and whatever water pump I get. I will do that at night or whenever I take a shower.

***Then I will use the normal penis pump and bignlongs exercises when I'm off, or in the mornings before I go to work. Like I said. I will progress to whatever my dick can handle. I will use the hardwear cockring to cement my gains.

***PSA: TO ALL OF YOU GUYS THINKING ABOUT BUYING HARDWEAR. . .IF YOU HAVE BIG BALLS LIKE I DO. . .DO NOT GET THE HARDWEAR 2.0. I thought it could stretch like the original but it snapped. Get the original HARDWEAR.****

My goal. Hmmm. . . 9, 10, 11 lol. I seriously, I want 10x6/7. I'm good with that. When I get everything ordered, I get into the groove of everything and make it into a daily habit. Once it becomes second nature, I will post picks and monthly progress.

With the growth I seen in that pump, there is not a doubt in my mind that if I do this with strict consistency, change by diet and exercise, and work hard, I will meet my goal in a years time.

Any advice or criticism will be excepted. Just don't give me the hammer (pause) about overdoing it lol

If your measurements are correct then you only have a half inch fat pad...that's really trim, dude. I only weigh 163 and my fat pad is over an inch and I'm NOT fat at all. Check your measurements and make sure but unless you somehow have all your fat somewhere else then I wouldn't say you're "chubby".

My advice is to set a short term goal and a medium term goal and, for the purposes of motivation, FORGET your long term goal in almost every way. Also, set up official measuring times of a week, two weeks, a month, whatever. You will violate this, no doubt, everyone does for the most part, but it will give the whole endeavor some structure.

Keep a log.

Most of my fat is in my lower body. my arms are skinny. bird chest. skinny neck and face. Its my belly and my butt that holds all of my fat :( I gotta get rid of this shit lol.

Sounds like you've got it well in hand. If you don't use a water pump go to the pumping threads and pick up tips there.

If you're going to do DLD's routine with the pump then that's good. Pumping alone won't do it. Of course there are pumpers out there who would disagree with that; but imo do a routine with a pump.

Keep at and be as consistent as you can.

And btw thank you for serving your country!

Dude, we are complete opposites! I would love to have a fatter ass and legs and a smaller chest and upper body! I am actually going to go for the ass augmentation surgery to help relieve me back pain. Having no ass is so much worse than having a big ass...imagine sitting on your tail bone! I would never opt for surgery if there was a natural method, but sadly, as hard as I train, exercise, eat, etc. it never changes. For under $5000 I can have a completely new outlook on life!

I'm trying to do the exact opposite. I want my shit to be tight. Since I'm African-American my ass size is huge lol. I really want to get rid of this. This is a trait of a female not a male. I want to have a large muscular upper body with perfectly proportional glutes, quads and calves to match. I have to wear baggy jeans to hide my thighs and ass because I'm so embarrassed. Basically I want fitted jeans (not skinny jeans) to still look a little baggy on me. And so my fiancee can see my bulge better ;). She always complains about how baggy my jeans are lol.

What has been working for me is setting of long term goal and also making PE a lifestyle. From the day I made PE a lifestyle, I no longer worry about my long term goal, I just train daily like brushing my teeth.

You are correct. It has to become a daily habit and we should never look for Excuses to get out of it. Just like brushing your teeth. You want to do it every day.
