Had an amazing session last night.
Did the routine and finished with gradually going balls out with the bathmate.

All I can say is wow!
Dont know what to think but maybe the lig pop changed something in my penis because the negative pressure I've been experiencing with my x40 was almost non existant.
I felt a definite stretching sensation and the expansion girthwise was greater than when i first tried my bathmate!

Also post workout chub was more then satisfying!

Been struggling with breaking my plateau for quite some time.
But since I changed up my routine things have really started to work in my favor.

Im feeling like Im a newbie all over again, cus the things Im seeing now reminds me of the gains I first had when i started this journey some ten years ago.

The nordic gods are in my favor!

So you had a ligament pop huh, that's cool I recently had what I thought was a ligament burn which felt pretty gai.
I've been stretching more carefully, though as intense. I even think my ribs are creepin up the shaft "high-five".

A change in exercise, routine and intensity become necessary at every plateau you will reach. Eventually your penis will become used to a routine and will stop responding to the work. At this point intensity needs to increase or exercise and routine needs modification. SRT is the ultimate workout as, so far, it seems limitless in it's potentials. A simple increase in intensity will keep SRT going and keep you gaining.
 
Quick update :)
I have gained!!
Havent meassured girth but checked on my length yesterday.
My bpel is now the same as my bpfsl!!!
19,5 cm!!!
5 mm short of my short time goal of 20 cm bone pressed :)
My nbpel is now 18 cm.
Previous meassurement was 17,3.
That means a gain of 7 mm in roughly six weeks!

This exercise seems to be hitting lenght and girth at tje same time.
Boy am I happy :)

Think the lig pop had anything to do w/ it? Some people experience gains around a week or so after them.

Yes i definately think it has to do with the lig pop wich as it happens occured during a very intense session with my TGS routine.
Just goes to show that this exersise is very very powerful!
Stretching after the lig pop is a dream ;)

Just wait till you get to hanging and get them. I'm sure the gains would come full steam.

Just hope that there isn't a 3 year time frame between each lig pop. Otherwise you've got a while to wait.

what do you mean not to pinch the skin with the Okey Dokey grip? my fingers are just wrapped around the shaft skin, i've never pinched anything, unless you meant another word

also i dislike reverse Ok grip palm facing down b/c it's uncomforable. do you reckon palm up regular Ok is the same strength?

interesting exercise, i understand it mostly, maybe YkM can do a video, DLD give him a ps3 or something

should be similar, but depends how strong you are. for some the difference may be quite big
 
Can you make a quick video of 1 rep doing this? Doesn't have to be good quality. I understand the CC grip and pushing towards the glands, but I need to see the pelvic lever part and what not.
 
Sounds like what you're doing is a supra slammer. They're very intense exercises, but really good for girth gains.

Yes I would say its been very sporadic.
Lots of stuffs been going on in my life.
So consistency has not been possible.

I always count myself very lucky when it comes to spare time. I have so much spare time and I intend taking advantage of it and make all the length gains I can make. Though 9 inches is my goal, I wish to get to 9.5 inches and 7.5 inches in base girth.

I want to be the biggest any lady ever had.
