Hi everyone!
Long time lurker and PE practitioner here. 10 years and counting
I wanted to share something with those of you struggling to get girth from midshaft and upward.
You can incorporate this into your existing girth routine if you like.
Warning!
This exersise should obly be performed by guys who have atleast six months of conditioning.
And if you have a baseball bat shaped penis.
Your focus should be put on exersices that target lower shaft girth.
This exercise should be done flacid.
Start by doing bundled stretches.
I usually do four of them.
Two in each direction.
Hold the stretch for 15 to twenty seconds.
Heli shakes just to get new fresh blood into the chambers.
Now to the main exercise.
I Call it: The Girthy Swede
Grab your penis just below the point on your shaft where more girth is desired.
Form an ok sign around the same point index finger and thumb should be interlocking make a tight grip. And i do mean tight.
The grip should be focused on the corpora cavernosa, not the spongiosum.
Also make shure you do not pinch the dorsal nerve and artery area, palm facing downwards.
This is a sort of vice grip with the main stresspoint beeing the CC
Now wothout pinching the skin, hold tight and kegel as much blood as you can into the top part of your shaft.
You shouldt be able to move the ok grip without significant force att this time.
Take the remaining fingers and make a fist around the base.
Just tight enough so the blood doesnt escape.
At this point you should have an immense grip around your penis.
Place your arm gainst the pelvic.
This makes it possible to exert even more force.
The arm becomes a lever in a way.
Now for the fun part.
Slowly and i do mean slowly.
Begin to push your grip up towards the glans.
If you are doing this right the skin around your penis is moving along with the movement.
Vascular expansion is a nono!
The pressure should be felt and seen in the tunica and the CC:s
When you feel that you no longer can push.
Thats one rep.
One rep should take between 10 and 15 seconds.
Repeat the whole procedure three times.
Thats it
