Water is essential for keeping the body alkalized. Yucky things like parasites and candida thrive in an acidic environment.

Whey Isolate - Most adequate non-meal source of protein, it should be a mix of different isolate types, high intakes of a proper isolate will eliminate need for other amino acid supplementations, take made in Germany products, because the legislation about anything involving nutrition is most strict here
Animal source omege3 fat acids - There are conversion issues with plant source versions
Magnesium citrate - Best usable magnesium
Zinc - Keep your hormone system ordered
Natrium - before sports against cramps
Vitamine B6 and B12 - too much profits to list, I gonna try depot use of both next year I think

Viagra, Marijuana and naked people movies:)

Water, healthy diet, sleep, exercise.

In all seriousness, those are the 4 that matter the most:)

I agree, proper diet, sleep, water and form are the most essential. Thankfully, I was gifted with an amazing metabolism, which still gives my parents who are over 50 now, their non-overweight-ness. So, suffice to say I slip up often on diet, but I've never over eaten. I get plenty of exercise even if I don't 'work out in a gym'. But. I'm also 19, so I realized I have life on my side right now. Thank the lord, I just want to keep it up. I have to say though. My miracle supplement is probably Cayenne. I've done lots of research and prior to that research, I've found it's helped my body fat stay at it's lowest, but also kept my muscles fairly substantial even when I haven't worked out for a period of time. I also read that Capsaicin(which is what's in cayenne, or peppers in general) is a great benefit to cell renewel/turn over. Now this is all rumor mill, but I've also heard cayenne extract has been taken by people having a heart attack and it stopped shortly after.(Don't take my word for it though) And of course, amino acids, BCAA's protein. Love milk. Great for drinking before bed for that casein.

Oh, I love me some cayenne peppers, as a matter of fact I love anything that is spicy. I have never noticed the long term effects but I do know I feel euphoric when I am eating them. My metabolism follows a very definitive course, my weight follows the cues of this. Each year I will go through 1 - 2 cycles of mania and depression. During the depression I end up gaining untold amounts of weight, sometimes more than 100 pounds. When the mania sets in the weight is eliminated within a few months. The biggest weight loss happened in 2004 with a 140 pounds lost in 4 months. This past year, using the SRT routine, I dropped 75 pounds. What I have noticed between the two starkly different states is purely metabolism. During depression it slows to the point that even eating 1 tiny meal a day still brings weight! When the mania kicks in everything changes and I am back on track,,,,,that is until the depression hits again:) See the cycle is vicious. What I can say about this is that I have learned quite a bit about metabolic and glycemic sciences. I have also studied these same issues within the mental health field and how they apply to various mental disorders. There is so much shared within these 2 very different areas when it comes to metabolic rate and how we process carbohydrates. If I were able to find what causes these abrupt changes in metabolic rate due to mental issues I may have found the mecca of weight loss.

I would love to hear other peoples thought on this part of diet and mind and how it affects and effects us on a mental and physical levels. Do you lose weight seasonally? Does this seem to be connected to any kind of mental changes? How does it effect you?

(Grass-fed) Red meat and a barbell.

I guess water's pretty good too.

multivitamin every other day rather than daily
Protein shake
cardio exercises and weights
2 raw eggs once
creatine

Vitamin D
Caffein
Omega 3

Also, all fatburning products are just bogus. It's calories in vs calories out. Just add/reduce your portions. I drink Milk on bulk and avoid fluid with calories on cuttinh seasons.
