List your must have supplements for your health and wellbeing plus if your into lifting weights into cardio or what you use for pe than list it.
Mine are as follows with the ones being * as my regular must haves and those marked # for my routine work on the weights. Stuff marked ^ I dont have a routine for its usage.
Milk Thistle * [Superb detoxifier and liver protector & healer]
Dessicated Liver [Bovine] * [Brilliant substance thats better than raw liver and does amazeing things to your body incl enhanceing endurance which has been shown in one study plus bovine liver has a substance in it which can detoxify most things]
Kelp ^ [Very high in Iodine which is good for the metabolism and we need Iodine in our diet as the body wont make its own. Kelp has more natural trace elements and minerals than anything else plus is good for fat loss and is anti estrogenic]
Creatine Ethyl Ester # [Like normal creatine but with the added ethyl ester attached to it for better absorbtion]
L-Glutamine # [Critical for immune system function and is the 2nd most abundent amino acid after taurine found in human muscle, if taken often will reduce colds]
Egg powder [Protein] # [Egg is one of the best proteins we can consume as its natrual building blocks of life]
Fine Scottish oat powder [Carbs] # [High potency carbs made from oats for lots of energy]
Cod Liver oil * [Many benefits such as better joints, bones, eyes and its been shown to be anti-estrogenic]
L-Leucine # [Major important amino acid for weight lifters and bb'ers before, dureing and just after a workout. Helps repair, heal and grow new muscle tissue]
GABA * [Brain food which enhances memory, mood and can help with various medications that act on the GABA system. Taken at night in a dosage of somewhere around 3-5g I think it was? shown in a study to increase human growth hormone levels]
Melatonin ^ [Helps to get into a natural sleep pattern]
Charcoal ^ [Used in emergencies incase someone takes too many meds or eats something they shouldnt as charcoal absorbs the stuff in the stomach and can save someones life while the ambulance arrives]
I will add that if you've had allot to drink than to take milk thistle or/and dessicated liver, you will soon sober up as they both detoxify the alcohol very fast.
