I've been involved in Penis Enlargement for a few years now. I've tried a lot of different exercises and routines and schedules, etc...

One thing I've noticed after all these years is that yes, Penis Enlargement does work - just not miraculously fast.

Another thing is is that I notice no difference in gains whether I train every day or a few times a week. I've been through periods where I trained vigorously for many months straight (and was a little disappointed with my results) and I've also experienced a more leisurely schedule and still gained just as much as I would've had I trained every day.

I have no clue why. I'm not saying that "less is more" or anything. I believe everyone should train every day if they can, but for me, I DID gain with just a few sessions a week.

My results have not been dramatic either. They're there, but it's a subtle difference. It'll sneak up on you though. Only recently did I look down at my dick during sex and thought, "Damn... I look big."

Hopefully this post will spark some interesting discussion.
 
THat is interesting. I've reached the opposite conclusion with length work anyway. THe more I put into it, the more I get out.
 
I feel the same way about lenght...and I really believe that for some guys a solid stretching and jelqing schedule will do exactly what they want it to...which is to cause growth. I know personally that my gains have come relatively slowly...at least it seems to me...I've gone back to the basics, and now include the PA, and I have continued to gain doing this...so I hope it will continue, and maybe one day I'll try something new, but I do think that we have to allow for growth and repair...as opposed to working everyday and tearing down previously damaged cells...my two cents though...
 
Maybe it's just my attitude. It's been years now, so I guess I'm not so neurotic about my size anymore, I'm not constantly watching my dick and measuring and stuff. I guess I've kinda "let go" over these last 3 years. I know I'm not small, so I guess I can just kick back and whatever I get is what I get.... and I'll take it, thanks.

It is so easy to get burnt out and frustrated with this. Take what you can get from Penis Enlargement, and appreciate every fraction of an inch.

I think I finally understand now what DLD has been saying about your mental state when you work out.

Like, let's say you work out 5 times a week. Now, two of those workouts, your mind was completely focused and relaxed and your dick felt great. You were really horny (which I think is key), and for those two workouts, you were perfect.

The other 3 workouts were like, "Eh, whatever"... just going through the motions.

What I'm saying is, you would've gained just as much if you only worked out those two good times, and skipped those other 3 workouts.

Don't get me wrong... having a shitty, un-horny, robotic workout is still better than nothing... but I doubt you'll gain from it.
 
I agree, I think its all about attitude. The mind is very powerful.... If you are measuring urself daily and being disapointed daily when u don't see results, then your penis probably isn't going to grow as much. Where as if u come in with a open mind and just imagine how much your penis is growing from that session even though it may not.. you'll probably grow more..

Infact... I now think this might become a rant, but it just triggered my mind into like those situations for like broken bones where supposedly if like 10 minutes before u go to sleep at night u relax, and picture your bone being healed, it normally heals much faster...... Sooooo this is kind of out there but perhaps it is possible to imagine your dick growing each night and maybe you will see faster gains....

Sorrry my mind just kind of came out with crazy Ideas while I was responding , but Eh w/e.
 
Anything that comes fast isnt really worth having,think about it.Fast money,usually is spent carelessly,fast women,usually have major hang-ups,and fast gains might possibly give us a limp willy.Do the exercises why i do em.for the feelin u get after it-and in no time you'll see gains
 
Godsize brings up the exact reason why I've curtailed girth work in the past. When you spoke of 2 days being great, and the other 3 being average, this makes perfect sense to work those days that you feel revved up and just hold off until you get that verve again. When I'd try to do girth 5 days in a row, my penis just didn't feel that excited about it anymore. This certainly has to do with fatigue as well, but like mentioned above, the mind plays a vital role in allowing the body to process feelings and in turn, those feelings are eventually manifested into something tangible, like a hard wang or a limp gimp.
 
yea for me it was constant stretching to get the gains i have . I went relentlessy at it stretching til it sometimes burned ?:( not always a good thing but i seen quick gains in the begining about 2 months into it but things slowed down but i kept at it and i aint dissapointed so all i can say from experience is keep at it constantly and put in enough time and you'll see results
 
I feel I can work 'lazy' shall we say in order to obtain girth gains and really hard if I want to gain length.
 
Penis Enlargement for me has been working fast ever since I started a strict routine which I told myself I will follow and I am on my 11th week and have been going good. I have gained 0.3" of girth in that time as I have only been concentrating on that. Thats where I think lots of people go wrong, you need to stick to a routine and the gains will come. I do 40 minutes of Uli's 4 times a week, sometimes I really can't be bothered but I came here and get the motivation and I manage to do it.
 
For me length seems to be the more the merrier. But for girth I think day breaks are important. 3 on 1 off. For jelqing, clamping, etc.. But doing length work every day seems to be cool for me.
 
yea i see length being the easier of the two for me no matter how much girth training i do it always seem it is in no comparison how much easier length comes for me ...thats just me tho
 
Different jelqs for different folks. Some get it easier than others. Personally, I'm happy with what I've gained for the amount of effort I put into it.
 
In my case there is definite credibility to your thoughts Godsize. I went a stint when I was training at ridiculous levels, which I still think can helpget most guys out of a slump, but used as a normal, daily workout it yielded nothing. The only interjection I have is what is too much and how does it apply to each individual? In my case 3 hours of Penis Enlargement is on the light side, while 5 hours a day for Bib, in his active time, was light. By the same token, 30 minutes may be light for the guy who puts in 2 hours regularly.
 
I've gotta say this post has helped be realize that I'm the reason I'm not consistantly gain not my routine. Most of the time I'm not really ambitous enough to give each routine my all. Some days I'm really excited to pe(for a number of different reasons), and those days I notice my dick hangs much better and feels worked. On normal days its kinda shrivled or normal looking. After reading this post I put that theory to test and gave it 110% today and sure enough everything is lookin up.
