Considering that this forum has been undergoing serious transformation (in the past couple of days), consequently, we users have not been able to consistently access this site. Consequently, I feel that this thread should be bumped. So, here goes -- bump
 
i'm currently hanging 10 lbs SO for 1 hour every morning. i took about 2 months off from pe, i'm testing the less is more theory now.

Hanging SO for 1 hour/day is still a significant amount of hanging. If you have read Motlisoff's log, he claims to have gained several inches from simply performing 20 minutes of SO manual stretches over a period of a few years.

Concerning erection quality, Ive been getting the hardest and largest erections of my young life as a consequence of hanging 10+ hours/week. I think that, like Bib, when I realize my length/girth goals, I will still continue to hang (albeit not for gains) in order to maintain a certain penile fitness level.

Im currently hanging several 1 hour OTS sets per day at 5lbs.

Bib has voiced on various occasions that he would have yielded the same gains minus 50% of his daily hang time. he does recommend that you hang no more than 4 hours a day. just a thought.

Just be careful with this amount of hanging. You could easily injure yourself while attempting to push the envelope in this manner. Ive read many threads, mainly at �other forum�, of hangers suffering involuntary bleeding from the urethra as a consequence of hanging either too many hours, or too many pounds.
