Hi everyone , im 21 years old and i have 5.5 inch long penis which im not very satisfied of , my goal right now is to gain 2 inches in length , so currently im doing jelqing 20 mins a day. Is that enough? and if its not do u have any good length gaining exercises or routines you recommend??
 
Do the Manual stretches and kegels that are stickied in the Newbie Routine, aka DLD's first routine. It's a good starting point and can bring lots of gains if done with good form and consistency.

Jelqing, I think, can give you those gains as well but you have to increase the amount that you do them over time. There is a schedule in the aforementioned routine of what that progression should look. Keep in mind jelqing is going to also give you girth.
 
I'd start stretching after your jelquing sessions (some say the penis is more pliable / stretchy after jelquing).

Here's my routine, i do 3 sets which roughly take me 10-15 mins. I wrap some ace wrap behind my glans so i can get a good grip then i do the following:

- Behind the cheeks straight out stretch
- Behind the cheeks to the right stretch
- Behind the cheeks diagonally downward stretch
- Behind the cheeks straight out stretch
- Behind the cheeks to the left stretch
- Behind the cheeks diagonally downward (left) stretch
- Modified V Stretch where i use my ring finger underneath to pull the base of my penis upwards while stretching my penis downwards.
- Rotary stretches with both hands

All exercises are usually done in about 20-30 seconds, sometimes i hold for longer though.

Warm up before jelquing / stretching to ensure the tissue is prepped for the workout.

I know it may seem like a massive hurdle at the moment, but please just give it time and you WILL see results. You need to be realistic here, if you train HARD and maybe invest in an extender or Bathmate device, then its more than possible to gain an inch in 6months-1 year, you just need to be consistent, and dont be afraid to have a day off here or there, your penis will thank you in the long run :p

Another good idea i stumbled across recently is wearing a cockring all day. I use one that isnt too tight and wear it all day and then after i jelq i put on quite a tight one for around 30-40mins to help reinforce the new expansion.

Excellent effort BHC, I am a huge fan of the exercise and know it creates the unlimited potentials of ligamental gains!

I see you were here in March. What you need for quick length gains, is the length master. It is effective and quick to use. You finish your session sooner than extender users.
