I see a lot of exercises that says do kegels to let more blood flow into the penis, but I can only get a little to flow through, and I have to squeeze so hard for that that my whole body tenses up, which is no good. I can even hold a weak kegel for 2 seconds with out it dropping.

That said, is there a Reverse Kegel/ Kegel routine that someone can help me create?
 
Listen up. If you want blood flow then take blood flow circulatory supplements. E.g. L Argine, N.o.s , Extenze, etc. These will send you enough blood flow to give you a full cock all day long. Because some guys have a sub par blood flow due to various things. So take a circulatory daily supplement. They are not too expensive. Good luck.

I'm changing my whole masturbation view. I'll masturbate, but I won't ejac until two months from now (1st time). Gonna try to prevent as much prem-e as possible

^ this... I'm also trying to improve eq and maintain healthy erections and the only way to keep up with kegels is do them whenever thinking of them.

I got into the habit of doing them when I went to the bathroom to milk the urine out while wearing silicone sleeves and do rotaries with reverse kegels.

I also mix kegels into my erect work and just let it bounce up and down with the sleeve as a weight.

The silicone sleeves are also good for random edge sessions, massages, and recently rolled it up to create a little weight affect about an inch below the glans.

I'm interested in this L-citruline for blood flow I hear it's better than Arginine.

I wonder if one can achieve the reaction just by kegels. I manage to get a semi without any arousal just by kegels.
 
didn't want to start a new thread so i post my question here: who of you guys has made thorough experiences with erect kegeling and its positive effect on EQ? I've heard some people swear on them to strengthen the PC muscle in a more efficient way than flaccid kegels. Also that guy 10,25alive who brought erect hanging into the discussion and gained 0.75" from it in 2 months stated that it improved his EQ. Given that erect hanging produces an effect similar to erect kegeling with a towel I assume this would be good evidence for the efficiency of the latter as well.
So anyone here who does erect kegels or kegels with some sort of mechanical resistance?

Sometimes when I can feel I'm turtleing up I start doing Kegels really fast then long Kegels were I hold it for 5 seconds and the turtleing starts to go away I'm thinking it's like when you egulate you feel that same kind of sensation a strong pc muscle can help shoot further and harder it just makes sense your penis is getting worked when you kegel.

I keep seeing people ask for a kegel and rever kegel routine. I don't think there is any. Do a balance of kegels and reverse kegels. You can do equal amount of both and build more from there. This is simple.
 
Reverse kegels should only happen with length work. Kegels you should do as much as possible

I've been doing only kegels and I noticed that my erection became weak. I recently started doing both kegel and a few reverse kegel last week. My erection seems to have improved.
