My routine is going to look like this. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Mon: stretch
Tues: jelq
Weds: stretch
Thurs: jelq
Fri: stretch
Sat: jelq
Sun: stretch
 
Ok, I just got done doing my stretch exercises, phase 1. I have to say DAMN! I could definetly feel my ligs stretching, did it sitting down. I can actually still feel it. There's my motivation right there. Did them standing up last time and didn't really feel much of a stretch.
 
Ok ,guys just got back from tampa after a month. Seems like evrytime I get into the routine something comes up. No slacking off this time!
 
My work is really killing me on Penis Enlargement. I'm an over the road driver and I'm gone for 6 weeks at a time and home for 1 week. Plus I drive on a team account so I have someone in the truck with me at all times. I don't have anyway to heat water up for a warm up or a warm down and I'm not sure how affective the exercises will be without doing this. And I really have no way of jelqing unless I do dry jelqs and I think they are going to make me sore as hell! I really want to get back into Penis Enlargement but as you can see my job doesn't make it easy for me. Do you guys have any input you can give me? I really want to get the ball rolling!
 
First get very good with dry exercise. My suggestion is Slow Squash Jelqs, these can be done dry and an effective session could be as short as 10 minutes (twice a day). Get a good phone or laptop to watch �naked people movies� for eq during sessions. Next, if you are sitting in the truck for long periods you can rock the DLD Lazy Ass Stretches, once set up you can stretch for hours with no one knowing any different. A SizeGenetics Extender is also something to consider, after training doing your SSJ's you can strap this bad boy on and be set for some great stretching, again, with no effort or anyone knowing.
