hey guys been doing jelqing for 6 months now, I am up to 300, I am considering adding 200 more is that to much.
 
Without a more over-arching context, ... any particular routine or exercise is only 'too much' if it's effecting your ability to sufficiently heal and to gain between your sessions , .. or .. if the amount, duration, or intensity is negatively effecting your erection quality/hardness. (Drops in EQ, that aren't because of epic stress or ���� overload, should automatically be considered overtraining.)

But you don't want to use extra costs of effort, and of time, on your part ... ineffectively .. just to add unnecessary months or years to reach your goals, nor to make your dick less useable. The time and effort you invest should be as effective as possible.

Jelquing is a good exercise, it stretches and deflects the tissues of the penis in the ways that provide growth stressors for breakdown and remodeling, (using directions of force that aren't strictly along the lines of length or width, which the penis naturally resists. This is why angle pulls, and A's, and bundle stretches, various forms of jelqs, SSJ's etc, etc, are effective exercises).

But jelquing is also an Old exercise, and in the larger context your available time would likely be better-spent adding more highly effective newer exercises rather than just additional regular jelqs, at least during the same session.

(And also to put the various exercises together so that the order in which they occur compliment and magnify each other.)

From your stats-sig it looks like your girth is making gains ok but your length is lagging. That's common, but (as PE) there's no actual need for it. With the right routine (and dedication) you should be able to go up at will, particularly fast early-on.

(You might have already elsewhere but I haven't read it), - Maybe post what you see as your goal sizes (and the amount of time you typically have available for a session) .. and the brothers can give you much more specific suggestions for a routine to get you there without plateaus, or wasted time/effort that could be more effective with quicker gains.

For another type of answer ... I read that you're getting a Bathmate(?). It, and following SRT too, is going to get you into entirely different types of sessions and exercises where most of these early issues and questions are going to automatically be replaced by a waaay superior system.
 
Would be fine to add but I would suggest splitting them up into different times. 250 x2 sessions.
Ultimately it depends on if your muscle can heal quick enough to support it over a couple days. That would be the determining factor.

200 more doesnt hurt just make sure to rest after 300 then do another 200

Agreed. The goal in the Newbie Routine is to get to 600 jelqs per day. The first 2-3 weeks can be spent doing 300 but after that you should move closer to 600.

Done 600 last night with no problem and it was intense, hey DLD what you you use for irritated skin on the shaft.

Hydrocortisone cream (not ointment) is what you want. Use a pea size amount after each training session.
