Price drop for business reasonz.

Hey man. I’ve just ordered a hanger from your website. Can’t wait to use it daily! I’ll start hanging and i’ll use your progessive hanging guide! Great job!

Currently at 7 inches
Goal: 9 inches

If I follow your progessive guide, with 2-3 sets daily how long will it take? 1-2 yrs will be a good estimate I think...

Also, do I need rest days? Like 5 days on and 2 days off (weekends)?

Realistically, I would give yourself two years and mix in manual stretching (DLD content).
5-6 on, 1-2 off. Whatever works for you.

Allright man. I’ve started hanging already with 1 lbs.
I’m conditioned with 3 months newbie routine and 3-4 months length master ( LM newbie routine exercises). Also I do bundled stretching prior to any length or girth exercise. I will do light jelqing between hanging sets.

I’ve started with 6 mins bundles clockwise and counterclickwise and 10 mins infrared wrap warming up. Now I’m doing my first hanging set ever :)

Should I start increasing weight immediately to hit fatigue on the 2nd or 3rd day?? Because I’m not used to hanging. Is it okay to increase lbs?

Like should I increase tomorrow with 1 or 2 pounds? Or should I work my way up within a few weeks till 2.5-3 pounds? And then from there on starting with your progressive hanging guide?

I want to max out gains on every 1 lbs, and increasing weight by a few 100 grams each day is this possible or am I already way too conditioned?

What are your recommendations? :)

I would get through your first week. On week two, if you are able to hang 3 days in a row with no fatigue, yes up the weight.

Steady and progressive!

Alright a tip for some struggling with getting it comfortable:
I had to unscrew the bottom 2 nuts almost double the amount.
Without that I never managed to put my dicks bottom side onto the bottom teeth and had problems closing the top teeth and blamed the wrapping.
This adjustment made a big difference.
I'm rather wide/flat than "high" in girth, especially midgirth. I think this fact made the adjustment necessary.

There you go. Experimenting and working with me instead of shutting down and giving up. Good job!
