Hello everyone,

I recently began hanging again after a long break, and this time I have been hanging for one hour long sets instead of doing twenty minutes at a time. I wanted to start this thread to see if others that hang would be willing to start a test to see the effects of hanging for longer periods.

If you are a hanger and are interested let me know and we will begin this together.
 
Hmmm, you know that people usually hang for about 2 hours a day divided in sets of 20 minutes (6 sets of 20 minutes). Now to answer your question I would have to ask you- what kind of a hanger do you use? Hangers that use restriction such as the Bib ones have some really tight constriction and if worn for more than 20 minutes- greatly decrease the vascularity and blood flow to the penis, therefore- sometimes the penis can get cold, blue, purple etc. I have a Bib Starter and I am not only telling you from reading around a lot, I am telling you from my own experience as well.

Now, on the other hand- if you have a hanger such as the LG hanger, that uses vacuum, not constriction like the Bib models- you can safely wear it for more than an hour or so. It does not contrict you, your vascularity and blood flow are good AND you have your glans pumped and enlarged throughout the process of lengthening the penis.

If thorughout the process your penis starts getting numb or anything- just reapply it. I think it is great to have breaks every 20 minutes or so, cause that way you can pull off some BTC stretches while improving your blood flow to the penis and start off again... It in no necesarily something bad you should avoid- it has its PROs as well :).
 
Seems you have doubts. Otherwise this thread would have never been created.

Your OP should pinpoint the variation of hanging you're referring to, which is the bib style (constriction) hanging. Multiple hours are being done w/ vac style hangers.
The concept of it being bad can still transition to extending, which is why a lot of people have problems over a certain duration of extending (not vac extending as blood is still able to flow). It just really depends on the amount of force/tension being applied out through the shaft and around the glans.

Look up ischemia/tissue death in relation to hanging.

20min seems to be the magic number. There seems to be truth behind it scientifically (read the ischemia studies) rather than it being a random number pulled out of some guys poop shooter. Some may even say 20min is too long. In terms of clamping there is said to be a benefit to ischemia, almost like there can be a benefit from a priapism. It's just doing it safely is the hardest quest.

I personally like the idea of 20-30 minute sets with breaks in between of about 5 minutes. During the breaks I will practice some basic stretching in all directions and some massage to get the blood moving. I also like to start at my heaviest weight and ride the fatigue to lower and lower weights until the sessions are over.

This is a really interesting method you have there, but my question is this- do you go for an absolute nonsense weight to nearly rip your penis off to do the exhaustion, or there is a vertain weight you hang with that you steadily increase weekly and whenever you reach fatigue- you just reduce. Or better said- if I start hanging now and I have 2 options:

1- Taking it easy from the beggining doing 6 20 minute sets using the same weight (and if I feel exhaustion I just decrease the weight a bit and go on riding the wave of exhaustion).

2- Or begin with a literally madness weight to literally ruin all resistance and then ride the wave.

It is a bit confusing question, but I hope you get my idea.
 
Hi there, Can anyone recommend me a good hanger?
I"ve seen several of those devices but, It doesn"t look reliable most of all for slippage and possible pain.

The 2 things I worry with compression devices is: slippage and Blood restriction. Those issues are common with extenders, but I don"t know It could happen with hangers.

Could you explain me a little bit about it?
 
Well, slippage is avoided by proper wrap and hanger tightness. Blood restriction is not a problem. You limit your set time to no more than 20 minutes, remove your hanger and allow blood flow to return before doing your next set. Could you give me an advice? This forum is huge. What is the best thing can I do for length gains?.
I"ve made the basic workout, hand stretching, jelquing, but my gains have been limited.
In this forum there are guys that are testing several devices, but I don"t know what to do with a lot of information.
The only tool I have is bathmate.
 
well man your name says it all why so concerned.....but if you do want lenght gains get the LM the traction you get from that device is powerful...get one when u can n u will see the difference...

check the newbie routine too...you may have tons of questions you can get the answers here ....
 
Also check out the Bib, I prefer the bib hardcore when wrapped right, but that will take weeks to figure out. The LG is the best vacuum based hanger but is expensive. All have their pros and cons. Welcome to the forum.

I've heard the uvipe is low quality, but not sure what to think. You know how the Internet is.

My native language is spanish, and I got here by chance, but I feel lucky because Penis enlargement is an taboo in latin america (spanish speakers). Excellent English my friend! Have you checked out my LengthMaster yet? This, is by far, the best length tool available, especially for someone like you who its doing manual work.
