Hi DLD and family,

I have been doing the newbie P.E exercises for 6 weeks now so I wanted to know if I can start including clamping in my routine to speed up my girth gains.

I need some more girth really bad. I want to get to 6 inches in girth. I'm at 5 inches.

If I can include clamping into my P.E routine what materials will I need for clamping?

What should I use and how long should I clamp for? And when clamping how many sets can I do and how long should I do each set for? Also before I forget how long should I rest for between the sets?

I would really appreciate it if you guys can tell me the whole run down on clamping because I don't want to injure myself, lol.

When clamping would it be best to warmed like say should I do it right after my manual P.E exercises and manual stretching before I warm down or would I be able to do it after I warm down?

I tried clamping once - Pain in the ass!.

I would say that you should clamp after jelqing - Clamp about 5 - 6 minutes at the begining.
 
I use ACE bandage and a cable clamp. I did just get a thickerman clamp and am beginning to use that. When i first tried clamping I would just use an ACE bandage and wrap tightly.

Take your time at the beginning. How long depends on how intense you are going. If you are engorged to the max start at 5 mins. massage the cock then repeat 2 more times.

I have clamped without out warming up or doing any exercises before and had no problems but I'd suggest a warm up before clamping...i usually do.

To avoid injury take your time. People often clamp to long at a high intensity when starting out
 
You just need a clamp and something to wrap with. Do 15 minute sets starting out and wait 10 between sets. If you want the whole run down on clamping, then read the clamping forum. There's a ton of threads for you.

YES! Clamping is not something you would want to start without being VERY familiar with it! Read around and learn a lot before you start. It is one of the most dangerous exercises in the whole PE world. Make sure you know what you are doing. :)
 
I started clamping without doing a lot of reading and no clamp so just shoe laces lol. i did it slowly and took my time b/c the one thing i do remember reading was to be careful.

I think that's how Red started too. It could be dangerous, and I wouldn't tie a string around my penis, but whatever. As long as you're making gains haha

Clamping is something I only would consider using for light blood restriction. I personally feel the positive parts of clamping are outweighed by the negative parts. I also feel as though the same restriction is possible and safer with the hands. The most successful clampers I have seen end up with discoloration that is, for the most part, permanent. I am sure controlled sets of Clamping exist to where the length of time of short enough to avoid these issues and maybe with some counter measures of jelqing to disperse discoloration in between sets...something very similar to the 5x5x3 sets we do with BathMate and Slow Squash Jelqs. I think once Clamping is accomplished without the negative parts we will have a more universal need for it.

ya i agree shorter durations like the 5x5x3 is ideal to avoid discoloration. i have done a few very long light clamping sessions and no discoloration has occurred permanently
 
You can end up with just as much discoloration from jelqing too much, so let's not point fingers at clamping haha

Yes, but I have a question. You once mentioned a discoloration device that would cure any discoloration. Is that available (or will it ever be :) )?

No, this research stopped because price became too much to produce the device. It required very expensive magnets and electronics. It was very cumbersome and dangerous and it was stopped.

I practice P.E in my room because I have two roommates and even though they don't get up early as I do, they still get up at anytime to take a piss anytime in the morning and then goes back to sleep so I won't be able to linger in the bathroom for more than 30 mins with doing stretches, jelqing and then bathmate routines.

I usually warm up and warm down with a warm water in a bucket and washcloth or a heating pad then I go straight in to my manual stretches and then jelqing.

If I am going to be incorporating the bathmate, how will I have to do it before jelqing or after to avoid alot of water retention? And can I use regular room temperature water which would be the water in the bucket I warm up with before stretching or would I have to use really warm water?

And whats the best way to use the bathmate, with the slow squash jelqs 5X5 or with just regular jelquing?

i've never experienced discoloration from clamping. you just have to build up slowly. dont clamp for more then 3 mins straight when you first begin and do that for a few weeks. then slowly increase from there. so clamp for 3 min...then jelq/massage for 3 mins....then clamp. repeat this 3-5x.

The best starting routine with the BathMate and Jelqing would be THIS ROUTINE, it will bring very fast gains as you learn to master the BathMate, it also gives direction for length gaining too.

And it must be warm water right? Sorry for asking to many questions..

How do you stay hard with an erection when in the bathmate?
