Hey Guys,

Need help. My starting bpsl is at 7.7 and for the last two months I have done this routine:

Morning: 30sec per 1 stretch
3x Behind butt stretch
3x Straight out stretch
3x Left stretch
3x Right Stretch
3x Straight Down stretch
3x A Stretch

During Day: 8hrs

SJW wrap and every 90mins unwrap and do a quick 2x Straight down stretch


Evening:

2hrs in extender

Before bed:
20mins inside Bathmate

6days a week for 2 months.

BPEL is the same : BPSL is the same!! Little gains in girth which is good but really want the length.

Any recommendations?

Am I doing something wrong or things I need to watch out for that is hindering growth?
 
You might want to consider a pretty thorough upgrade. Extenders are best used for 6 to 8 hours a day, and your stretching routine is fairly mild. If you look around you'll notice the good gainers are doing a lot more and gaining a quarter inch on a good month.

If it were for me I'd say bundled stretches. Fulcrum stretches. 8 hours extending. Multiple sets of stretching per day. A whole lot of kegals. And wrapping overnight. It's up to you but you generally get what you give here.

And as an aside, you should pay attention to your PC muscle when you're stretching. Some people instinctively tighten up when trying to stretch. The PC muscle is the one you tighten and release while peeing. If you are tightening it inadvertently gains will be slow to non existent no matter what your routine. Kegals help keep that weakened.
 
Ive heard that kegeling while stretching gives you a better stretch.
 
Reverse kegals.

Regular kegals tighten, reverse kegals release.

A reverse Kegel would be what you would want to do for length work because it releases all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing most of the stretch to go to the penis.

All top notch advice. I gained .9" (EL) in 3 months using my extender for roughly 6 hours a day, they definitely work, it just takes time in the device.

How the fuck to use 6-8 hours extenderer. Im laying now for hour with it, and already feel bored. 😄

Put on a movie or watch tv, do something to occupy yourself while you are using it. If you just lay there it will feel like forever.

I wear it while I work at home, adjust the extender either straight-up or straight-down so you can hide it under your clothes and go about your normal tasks man. Don't just lay there, that would suck for sure. I wear mine almost exclusively in the straight-up position.

I recommend the length master for you brother. If you have some extra cash, you can buy the SiliStretcher as well to use together with the length master.

For girth, you need to switch to the 5x5x3 routine.
