I've noticed that my body metabolism is better with the ring. My body is more often warmer than before. It is Summer, but I have to wear a good layer of clothes most of the time. For few days now I've noticed elevated body warmth, which I welcome!
Balls hang lower and feel a lot fuller. The ring I made is just about snug, not tight, so the possible constriction doesn't explain all the changes. Flaccid seems fluffier and more loose.
I've been in a dark place as of late and I feel that the ring has elevated my mood!

Different things work for different people, it could be pseudo pharmacy, but I'll take it! I wear mine during the day time, about 8-10 hours per day. So far benefits without ill effects. And I still have supplies to make few more if I want to, although for better rings I should get silicone tubing.

All in all, your local hardware store should be able to provide the tubing and copper, but the for zinc one might have to seek a local metal shop. Well, from the metal shop you could get both copper and zinc.
I know it can be a hassle. I bought my first from Megabiz, but then started looking for alternatives, it did take a while. Buying the materials yourself you can decide how long rods you want and the sizing will also be easier, especially if you buy some spare tubing. I highly suggest buying excess tubing, as per usage the rods will oxidise and likely color the tubing, happened to me at least. Few times you can wash the tubing, but within time it becomes an eyesore.
