No, your absolutely right. I should have thought about that when I posted the link to a seller I was unfamiliar with. The guy I bought from sells good stuff though.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here as a guy probably quite a few years older than most of you. First, just a quick blast of personal history: Back in late '95 I almost died from meningitis, I recovered from that and got on the come back trail only to bust three vertebrae in a three car crash in 2001. So I'm on kind of a "double come back trail" now. OK, back to the subject; back in 95, before I went all broke dick, I had been lifting for quite a while, discovered Kenpo and Shootfighting and, strangely enough for me, the benefits of stretching. I was six foot one, 285 lbs and had 12% bodyfat. Some honest to God numbers: 485 Bench, 625 Deadlift and 800 squat and I ran a sub 12 minute mile and a half. One of the things I did was go on a couple of Cybergenics cycles, I don't know how much their supplements actually contributed but the workouts were freakin' devastating! You went to positive and negative failure four times per body part per workout, at a minimum. Each failure set was followed by deep intense stretching of that muscle/muscle group which, surprisingly, opened up your muscles for incredible gains. One other thing I learned was to take the supplements, work my big dumb ass to death and then eat my first meal of the day. Supposedly this "tricked" your body into thinking it was both undernourished and overworked. This stripped fat and packed on muscle at an astounding rate. As far as my own progress was concerned, it worked, and worked good!
How is this relevent? I'll tell ya: MRI tells you to take NO2 on an empty stomach, first dose first thing in the morning. If you do this, followed by a gut bustin' workout and keep your nutrition levels up you can't help but make gains. Read the manual that comes with the NO2, it explains quite a bit about cycling and proper utilization of that particular product. Another resource you might want to consider is Health for Life. They've got great info about progressive muscle fatigue and work/rest ratios as well as the all important stretching. NO2 is a vasodilator, and, for me at least, it helps greatly in my Penis Enlargement progress as well as general overall recovery of strength and endurance levels. I don't have any experience with Hydroxycut itself but I can tell you that if it contains any kind of a vasoconstrictor (like the unfortunately banned Ephedra) the two will work against each other and you'll just be pissin' away your money. I've used all kinds of supplements throughout the years and for my money NO2 is one of the damn best I've ever used....when I use it the way it was meant to be used. Remember; nothing, nothing, nothing takes the place of good nutrition and pushing your physical limits as far as you safely can! Anyway, best of luck to ya, and I hope my two cents worth was useful. One last thing; if you want any Cybergenics products look up Truly Huge on the web, they carry just about the complete line. Again, best to ya!

I work out first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach after taking the NO2...BUT....my goals are probably a bit different from yours. First off, I'm 44, second, I'm trying to maintain strength, flexibility and range of motion, (I've got a few years of healing left before I even consider going for any real weight on my old broke back) while building endurance, and lastly I'm trying to cut my bodyfat. I find I have the most energy first thing in the morning and maintain it better throughout the day. It's also easier for me to get into the routine early and Hell, let's face it; a damn good workout just psychs you up for the rest of the day too. If it's mass or sheer strength you're looking for, like I used to do, and you work on the empty stomach, then it's absolutely vital to feed your body:1) RIGHT, 2) CONSISTENTLY, and, 3) IMMEDIATELY after working out. And by immediately I mean having your protein drink waiting for you or even begin drinking it about halfway through your lifting session. If you can tolerate it, make your drink with whole milk; the fat provides energy and evens out your insulin production in response to the lactose. Just a sip (mouthful or less) between sets/bodypart and NEVER forget the water! If you work out later, after a meal, or two, or three, give yourself an hour or two to do the heavy digestion and get the blood out of your gut so that your muscles can use it. The advantages to the "empty stomach" routine are that your body's flooded with HGH after a good workout, your muscles are craving nutrition so that what you eat goes directly to THEM instead of your gut or your ass and while you're working that way you're actually drawing on any fat stores for muscle energy. The biggest drawback is lack of energy some people experience. Luckily; that usually goes away in two or three weeks or so just as long as you stay consistent in your routine. Remember, everybody's different and you have to find out what methods work best for you. I also found that quality amino's were extremely helpful for muscle recovery. If you are taking a nitric oxide supplement and want to see results then quit any ephedra, they are antagonists. Besides; at 10 lousy mg per dose; what you can buy nowadays just ain't worth it.
Always remember though, supplements are just that: supplemental, nothing is more important than hard work..except good nutrition...and dedication!
Hope this was helpful, Good luck !

I've tried them both not at the same time. NO2 gave me a little extra pump that lasted about a week, Creatine gives a much better pump then NO2. Hydroxy cut is great for giving you energy on those days you don't fell like working out. I noticed when I started taking Hydroxy regularly if I skiped a day i felt tired. I have heared that it is not good to stack the two of them together its something with the NO2 putting nitrogen into your muscles and the Hydroxy speeding up your metabolism. I hope this helps
