I'm gonna go out on a limb here as a guy probably quite a few years older than most of you. First, just a quick blast of personal history: Back in late '95 I almost died from meningitis, I recovered from that and got on the come back trail only to bust three vertebrae in a three car crash in 2001. So I'm on kind of a "double come back trail" now. OK, back to the subject; back in 95, before I went all broke dick, I had been lifting for quite a while, discovered Kenpo and Shootfighting and, strangely enough for me, the benefits of stretching. I was six foot one, 285 lbs and had 12% bodyfat. Some honest to God numbers: 485 Bench, 625 Deadlift and 800 squat and I ran a sub 12 minute mile and a half. One of the things I did was go on a couple of Cybergenics cycles, I don't know how much their supplements actually contributed but the workouts were freakin' devastating! You went to positive and negative failure four times per body part per workout, at a minimum. Each failure set was followed by deep intense stretching of that muscle/muscle group which, surprisingly, opened up your muscles for incredible gains. One other thing I learned was to take the supplements, work my big dumb ass to death and then eat my first meal of the day. Supposedly this "tricked" your body into thinking it was both undernourished and overworked. This stripped fat and packed on muscle at an astounding rate. As far as my own progress was concerned, it worked, and worked good!
How is this relevent? I'll tell ya: MRI tells you to take NO2 on an empty stomach, first dose first thing in the morning. If you do this, followed by a gut bustin' workout and keep your nutrition levels up you can't help but make gains. Read the manual that comes with the NO2, it explains quite a bit about cycling and proper utilization of that particular product. Another resource you might want to consider is Health for Life. They've got great info about progressive muscle fatigue and work/rest ratios as well as the all important stretching. NO2 is a vasodilator, and, for me at least, it helps greatly in my Penis Enlargement progress as well as general overall recovery of strength and endurance levels. I don't have any experience with Hydroxycut itself but I can tell you that if it contains any kind of a vasoconstrictor (like the unfortunately banned Ephedra) the two will work against each other and you'll just be pissin' away your money. I've used all kinds of supplements throughout the years and for my money NO2 is one of the damn best I've ever used....when I use it the way it was meant to be used. Remember; nothing, nothing, nothing takes the place of good nutrition and pushing your physical limits as far as you safely can! Anyway, best of luck to ya, and I hope my two cents worth was useful. One last thing; if you want any Cybergenics products look up Truly Huge on the web, they carry just about the complete line. Again, best to ya!
