It's funny how it takes some people so long to figure stuff out, and for other people some things just seem to be common sense. :s

Something ocurred to me the other day though. Not all of my girth sessions are as good as they could be. Even though I take generic viagra (ask pupper or kausion for help there) before every session. Then I got to thinking. Why not? Usually because either I'm fatigued mentally, or my hands are tired, or a combination of the two. Then, it hit me like a brick. When I used to hit the gym a few times a week (gawd I cant wait to get back!), I would ALWAYS, take an energy supplement of some sort before I would get there. Why? To make the most of every workout. See, taking an energy supplement before hitting the gym does a couple things. It helps you become more focused mentally, and by raising your heart rate some, also gives you a little extra physical energy. Extra physical energy can translate into short burst of extra 'strength'. Anyone who is serious about working out knows the edge this can provide. Especially when youre looking to break through a "plateu" on the bench press for example. I always had a better workout at the gym, no matter what part of the body I was training, even if I was only doing cardio that day, if I took an energy supplement first. Hands down, there was always a noticable difference between the days I did not take energy supps, vs. the days I did.

So, what to take? I have always preferred the more natural things like caffiene. It's cheap, and it works. You can drink a pot of coffee, or you can do like I do and take one or two No-Doz or similar caffeine pill.

So, how do I apply this to my girth sessions? Simple. Just like I would if I were going to the gym. I take a No Doz, and 50mg of viagra about 30-45 minutes before my session. When I'm ready to work girth, I have two things going for me. I'm clear, and focused mentally, and also I have a little more energy/short term strength increase due to this, from the caffeine, and from the viagra, I have optimum blood flow and erection level my entire workout. I can put more into the squeezes, and I spend most of my time (vs. half the time) at or very near 100% erect.

Just a little gold nugget I thought I could share.

I take 50mg of viagra and some horny goat weed to get the most out of my workouts. I thought caffeine reduced the amount of blood flow. I will try using this tommorrow.

I get really good workouts and great post girth but nothing permanent.
 
Naw, only significant daily amounts of things like caffiene/niccotine would have a dramatic effect on penis size/blood flow.
 
Caffien consrticts your blood vessels, therefore less blood flow.
 
Ive found the combination of generic viagra and yohimbe gives me rock solid erections at a moments notice...however, have any of you noticed that what you eat around the time you take a viagra effects the quality of the erections?

The days ive had killer results with viagra were days I ate healthier ala vegetables and rice or something along those lines.
 
Hence why I alway take the V before or a while after eating. The viagra also counters by far any slight effect the caffiene might have.
 
I have noticed if I take my V on an empty stomach I get weird reactions. My heart rate goes up and I get strange sensitivities to light where I see blue or pink shades in the light. Sometimes I get a little light headed too. It's kinda like ephedrine with a boner and without the aggression. Needless to say, I try to eat a little something with it.
 
I think this theory works on another level too Still. Investing. I think that when I take an expensive supplement like VIAGRA, CIALIS or in other peoples case Penis EnlargementNIS PILLS, it gives you a sense of pre-investment in the upcoming workout. Almost a healthy guilt trip. I know that if I take a $4 supplement I want to get my $4 out of it so I need to put my all into the workout.
 
VERY GOOD info', can I borrow this to add into the new Guide when it comes out? will help guys get to the 110% erection level alot more safer and quicker, plus longer.
 
My dick tends to get skinnier and shorter of caffeine, thats why I aint drinking it or taking it as a supplement.

I don't know how it is with ginseng, maybe they work better. But then i can't sleep instead. :D

Good post. I did try both viagra and cialis and I don't really notice if I take it or not. I mean, I don't have a hard time staying hard for a workout but it doesn't seem to keep me any more pumped up and rock hard than usual. But it if is working for you (and it seems that almost everyone who takes it has positive things to say) then keep doing it!

On a slightly different topic, although ive never been to a psychiatrist, i know i suffer from depression to a certain degree(dont know if its a lot or little) so my reaction to erection aides vary day by day. I literally have to psych myself into a pe session from the moment i wake up in the morning so that I will get a good session when its workout time and thats hard to do every session.

Large amount of truth in that.

I tried your methods last nite and had an EXCELLENT workout!.

At one point while doing my usual horse squeezes I felt like I was gonna pop. I usually start my routine as soon as I pop the Viagra because if I wait I get too flushed and then tend to loose interest in my routine. So it kicks in half way into my routine which worked great yesterday as I stayed focused.

Generally, an hour before or after eating. On the psycho stuff, yea brain chemistry can be strong stuff. I know it is. If you have chemical imbalance issues (which is where most psych issues come from, from what I recall), those are going to be a big challenge for your pe routine. No doubt you can self medicate to a degree, in other words...use mind over your issues and as you put it "psych" yourself up, motivate yourself to do your routine regardless of how you feel. I remember a quote that I love: "Winners dont feel their way into action, they act regardless of how they feel." In other words, regardless of how you feel, you do what you know you need to do.
 
I like this post. Anything that helps you get a better workout will translate to better gains. Good intense workouts are much more important than anything else (hormones, age etc) IMO.

Youre 100% correct. It's like DLD and even myself have tried probably hundreds of times to tell guys, the penis when it comes down to it is just a bag of skin and tissue. No bone, nothing influenced by hormones, or genes. It's just skin and tissue just like in other parts of your body which can be manipulated like on other parts of your body. People who stretch their lips, earlobes...even their LEGS several inches are doing the same type of things we are with Penis Enlargement. It's just a different part of the body. The only time hormones, or genetics play a role for the penis is during the original programming in the WOMB before birth, and then during puberty.

No wait, genetics and hormone levels also influence whether a guy is willing to work as hard, or harder than the next guy to make his penis bigger...or whether he just makes up excuses, and puts off Penis Enlargement and then decides even if only subconsciously that he's content. ;)
 
Thanks for the advice still and others. This is a really good thread. Just to add my bit, I think that drinking lots of water helps with erections. Not drinking loads just before your workout but just drinking a lot generally.
