Hi guys,

I went to see the urology about my ED problem and I got told that when I go to toilet, it cause a pressure that will cause an erection which it make my testicles to swell.

Can I be able to treat it using with kegel?

if so how can I treat it with kegel?

what kegel exercises i would need to do to improve the poor circulation?

your pubic area is where the key is you have to train your pc muscle is like feeling the movements in your pubic area,trying to make the muscles move,reverse kegel would be like pushing blood to your penis,those two can help you whit harder erections..

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I think doing the testicle health massage that dld has mentioned before would help you out in reducing the swelling.

when your urinating and you stop it ....you are using your pc muscle to stop the urine from coming out....so try this thing again and again when not urinating ..do 100 times thats what dld is saying.....
then imagine as if you you have to stop yourself from urinating for 5 seconds and then urinate for 2 seconds.....
your hips have nothing to do with this

drink loads of water and pee alot and practice that time if you dont understand it normally...lolLMAO

if so do i have to do 100 times in each session or do i have to do 100 times in per day?

how many months i would have to do this to improve the circulation?

do i have to lay down and squeeze my muscle for 5 seconds and release it for 2 seconds and so on?
 
You can do these pretty much anytime bro. I do them when driving, when at the computer, whenever I can. I have worked my way up to doing about 500 a day.

How long it would take to cause an improvement is dependent on your body, and your commitment to the exercise. Think of it like going to the gym, if you don't go to the gym, you won't improve. If you don't actually put in the work, you won't improve here either.

The whole urination thing is just an example to help you connect your mind with what it should feel like to do a proper kegel. A proper kegel is flexing the same muscles that you flex when you try to stop yourself from urinating. Those are your PC muscles. Do that same squeeze (just not when your peeing) and you are doing a kegel exercise.

Start with what DLD recommended to you as a routine. Once you are comfortable with that routine, come take a look at some of the other routines guys are doing. This will not only help with your ED but has numerous other benefits including improved control over orgasm, stamina, increased orgasm strength etc.

How excactly does it work with controling orgasm, strenght and stamina? Consciously or unconsciously you have to use PC muscle during sex?

Some of both Mmuddd, once you strengthen your PC muscle you can practice using with edging (coming close to orgasm and then using your kegels to control and pull it back). So you will in the end have better conscious and unconscious control. I have already noticed this in my sex life after 3 months.

You go 100 quick (1 second) squeezes and then go 50 long squeezes (4 seconds) and these are all done at once. How many months? You will want to do these forever, they will help with erection quality throughout your whole life. They are not going to help reduce swelling.
