Hi guys, I bought my x4 labs a years back and would use it for a months or 2 but after not seen results I would quick. This time I am determined to do it at least 6 months, I'm 2 months in already at 200 hours and yet to see any results. My best friend curves to the left pretty good. I see some guys that say you should stretch to about 1 to 2 centimeters above the erect length, but I can get pass my erect lenght, some times half inch below erect length , it hurts too much, I think it has to do with the curve because the ligaments on the left get very stretched but the ones in the right are not, because my right side is bigger than the left side. I'm thinking I first have to correct the curvature so both ligaments are the same size in order to pull it more and see gains. Any feedback on this would be appreciated,
Anyone experiencing or has experienced this problem? Thanks for your replies in advance.

That's 400 hours at what kind of tension? Is your erection quality consistent when you measure? Do you do kegels? And is the curve particularly pronounced?

Evening out a curve takes time man, but don't get discouraged you'll be gaining everytime you are in the sg. Progress is a slow process

You can corect the curvature by doing everything against the curve.Any kind of PE that your doing,do it against the curve and with time the curve with go away.

Can you please give more details? What intensity do you use?Do you only use the extender alone with no manual exercise? What's your diet like?Do you sleep enough?Do you take days off?Etc.Any kind of information would be helpful.

Thanks for your replies guys, in the extender I go to the 2nd line when springs start to tension and then ebentually it goes to the 1st line. I assume in 2100g springs the 1st line is 700g and the 2nd 1400g. I don't do manual excesises, but I bought the esl 40 that by the way is by far the most comfortable people method I've used, I just bought it and I put the strap in my right leg to pull it against the curve. It's hard to know the tension, but I will see if I can figure out the tension by weighing some stuff and the putting in the string that comes with esl 40 and marking where is 3, 4 and 5 pounds to kind of have an idea. I sleep 8 hours per day, my diet is not too bad, at night I have salads for the most part and in the morning fast food because of my work. I take Sunday off, or I exchange it for another day some times. I don't do kegels, my erections are harder some days. There are some days that I think I'm bigger but I don't mesure because I'm trying not to mesure for 6 months to see if I can see noticeable results. With the esl 40 I can definitely put a lot more hours.

You need kegels. If your ligaments and pelvic floor are too tight, the limited tension of an extender might just not be enough. If you're just after length right now you should be kegeling constantly to tire out the PC muscle, and reverse kegel (like trying to force out pee) as much as you can while you're extending. You do that and you really should have nothing stopping you. Kegels will also give you other benefits like boosted eq and the ability to halt an orgasm. Seriously should not overlook kegels.

Another common recommendation is to actually masturbate before length training, as that fatigues the pelvic floor. You do that and an army of kegels and it wouldn't even make sense to me if you didn't make gains at that point. Unless you weren't being consistent or not doing enough hours each day.

Add manual exercises and kegels.

Well just by extending that shit, the leg strap you said is enough to get rid of your curve. If you want to speed the process try doing bundled stretches, and these type of stretches MoS Power Assist Exercises to help that shorter side before strapping on the device.

If there is a curve always add more bars to the uneven side until bars become equal. You will need to use .25" bars and adjustments on the base screws but if the shorter side is favored with more intensity than the other side. Once things even out the bars should be set back to equal lengths.

What you need is a length master my brother. Get the length master as soon as possible.

Using the SiliStretcher to stretch against the curve is also beneficial as well.
How do you do that? For example if your penis curves to the right, do you set up the SiliStretcher so that the penis is stretching to the left?
