I was wondering how long to clamp per day and amount of sessions and for how many days before actually reaching a permenant measurable gain? Im not new to clamping just havent been able to do it consistantly enough maybe but havent gained any girth in the process... Im going back to using the Bathmate for a 20 minute session strictly for girth and then clamping immediately after to keep the swell and hopefully over the course of many days will gain some damn girth! Also what is the reccomendation on concentrating solely on length or combining both length and girth routines? Ive got the time on my hands to stretch, pump, hang, clamp, you name it for around 14 hours out of the day and you better believe my gains are gonna be massive and quick if at all possible. Im fully devoted at this point!
 
You can clamp as many times per day as you like in all honesty but the length of time is limited. Usually 10 minutes to 45 minutes with the latter being for the more advanced. I would suggest doing 15 minute sets broken down throughout the day or 10 minute sets. You could do say x3 10 min sets in the morning and another in the evening followed by more at night.

If you notice erection quality going south then it suggests fatigue so cutback some and try to rest a day or so.
 
To be completely honest with you erection quality is all around pretty shitty after all the stretching I do throughout the day.. Its to the point after I finish my last stretching session of the day when I unstrap from about midway shaft to my asshole is sore as hell and crampy... Hopefully a positive sign of lengthening but hard to tell if any permenant gain from day to day because erections are pretty weak! Thats why im reintroducing clamping into my routine trying to flood the penis blood to help healing of fibers and such. Maybe my concepts all wrong and I need to be informed what it is im actually doing? All I know is I want to start doing what is prooven to make gains regularely and to the max for the quickest yet permenant results! because lets be honest all the time invested in doing any of this just isnt worth it unless there is measurable gains!!! With that being said ive been floating around these forums for the past 4 years and you are said to be the clamping guru and I wish to pick your brain! could you please take a moment to read my original post again and answer every question as accurate as you can remember I should say... Thanx red
 
There will be soreness and some twinges of pain when an intense session happens. This usually happens with me when I switch to a new exercise.

sorry I guess I was pretty vague... Im just wondering what clamping routines have yielded you the best gains and what the time frame was? or how long was it and how many hours of clamping before you recorded your first measurable gain?
 
Okay, well its pretty difficult for me to now know exactly what routine yielded the best results because I started Penis Enlargement back in 2001. The results (answers) to your questions will differ from man to man.

In summary from my whole experience with clamping it needs intensity over more work, so doing x3 30 minute workouts each day isn't as productive like doing x2 15 minute sessions at high intensity. The quality of erection is very important and you should always aim for the peak amount in the session and further work to expand on it.

Doesn't take long for gains to really show. 6-8 weeks are sufficient for permanent growth to take place. Try doing either 5 on 2 off or 1 on 1 off and see which one suits you best.

We got a merged thread with plenty discussion from several other Penis Enlargement forums here that should be helpful and the science to why or how clamping works quoted below.


Essentially, clamping serves to initiate a slow progression into localized hypoxia because it allows more blood into the penis while allowing less blood out of the penis. This is why such intensity or pressure differential is possible with that technique. No matter how much blood you force into the clamped penis you are still far below the normal circulation or exchange rate that takes place without the constriction or clamp in place. While you are forcing more and more blood into the clamped penis, you are certainly not anywhere near supplying the same amount of "new" blood that arrives in the normal state. This is what leads to the localized hypoxia...and then the resultant body's defensive reaction.

The defensive reaction of vasodilation is an attempt to increase blood flow into the penis. This is primarily accomplished by a sudden release of histamine by "mast cells" in the tissue under distress. (as well as a release of, or production of, nitric oxide to relax "smooth muscle" tissue...slower process than the histamine release) Anyway, this process is well known. It is most often associated with applying pressure to tissue or even to arteries to cause localized hypoxia with the intent of artificially and "mechanically" inducing vasodilation. "Ischemic compression" is widely used to both cause vasodilation and to cause a large burst of "stored" or "waiting" blood and nutrients to "flush" the area once the force is removed.

Now so that all of this blather is related to this particular thread somehow while still being able to tie in with the above. (But could add to the above with clampers working in what follows) :D As to jelqing and the related and similar reactions to that type of "engorgement" exercise. The forceful "mechanical" movement of the blood into the penis also causes vasodilation. However, the histamine production is even higher for this forced flow versus simply static engorgement, over 120% increase in histamine is achieved during exercise. (It is a very rapid release of histamine instigated by nerves sending impulses to "mast cells" to release this chemical) Furthermore, this elevated histamine level remains for many hours after exercise is stopped.

Furthermore, if one is to stretch at the end of the jelq stroke, which is advisable, this force also adds to the goodies. :D Stretching the tissues has a vasoconstrictive effect. What! That is bad! LOL Yes, for our purposes it is. BUT the vasoconstrictive effect only last as long as the force is applied in the traction phase, or stretch. As soon as the force is released, vasodilation again rears its head in response in order to "protect" the cells. The most important part of this "stretching" effect is that the nerves in that area "learn" not to overreact with repetition. What happens, with dedicated and routine practice like all of us Penis Enlargementers practice , is that every stretch's vasoconstriction effect lasts shorter and shorter and shorter the more normal the stretching becomes. And the icing on the cake? The vasodilation that occurs when the force is removed still happens no matter how short the vasoconstriction duration becomes.

So just sum this up for me... Clamping at absolute peak of erection is essential to the point its should be painful?
 
Its not necessarily painful but rather brings on discomfort. I get this more where the clamp is attached but as you do horse squeezes or SSJ's etc you will feel a soreness or internal fatigue but it should never bring pain. It may ache a little afterwards or tender to squeeze the penis but you should never feel pain afterwards. The area where the clamp sits will feel sore unless you pad, I never pad up so its really sore afterwards.
 
ive found that when I clamp fully erect my dick feels like its going to explode from being forced to expand right out the gate and eventually the pain dwindles in a about a minute. Is the point to try to remain fully erect during the entire session also? and is kegalling the entire session to keep pumping more blood into him what should be done? im sorry for all the questions I think I allready know the answers for ive been doing almost all these exercises off and on for 4 years but just havent gotten results like I shouldve for the amount of effort, sacrifice and time ive put into it. Just needing someone to shed light and guide me into the right direction for gains to come as quickly as possible so I can keep optimystic in order to keep doing this
 
No probz. That pain you describe sounds about normal. Yes try to remain as erect as you can, this means pretty much in the higher end of erection quality but not always 100% which would be pretty difficult for anyone. I try to always keep it in the 80% zone ... 80% one says? how do I know? well 50% is semi and 100% is hard raging wood so I take 80% as between them both for my 'standard' minimum ... hope that helps.

The more erect you can keep it I think the better. Horse squeezes or other compression, expansion-like exercises will help while clamped so take full advantage of that.

Kegelling. Yes this is very important but isn't done for the whole duration non-stop otherwise it would fatigue you, prevent more expansion. I kegel on and off, just random and when you can feel a pressure or tension build up at the base of the penis or where the clamp is attached then shoot a kegel in. Use �naked people movies� or something to get aroused and the kegel while clamped can really be something else. I strengthened my pelvic floor muscles up to no end.

The secret really is intensity of effort. Kingsnake who has gained amazingly on these forums is known for his intensity and dedication. Sure he does it literally 7 days on zero off but he puts in the intensity otherwise no matter how many days you do it if the force doesn't exist the penis has no need to adapt to the stress placed on it.
 
I'll tell you about some intensity that I just couldnt keep up. I would clamp fully erect and remain fully erect for 15 minute sessions watching �naked people movies� while jelqing with the power jelq gym device as powerful as I could bare and did this on a pretty regular basis and would get expansion that was crazy but wouldnt stay permenantly no matter how long or how many days consecutively I did it. Just curious Red how much permenant growth in girth have you been graced with and over how long of a time frame?
