I've been jelqing consistently for two weeks now. I've also been doing a lot of edging to help with my "Penis Enlargement" problem. My question is how often should I measure? I started at 7.75 X 6.25 and I don't want to measure yet because I don't want to get frustrated if I haven't changed.
 
I've heard anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. I personally do it in 1 month intervals unless I start up a new routine, in which case I do it two months from then. If you stay consistent and dedicated with your routine you will typically see gains, and this kind of cycle keeps the motivation going. Good luck!
 
I always advise this; measure FSBP (flaccid stretched bone pressed) daily to chart if a workout is yielding gains. Your length gains will show up here before anywhere else. As far as erect gains go, follow Cyber's advice.
 
DLD,

Since I'm new here I don't understand why my gains will show by measuring the flaccid stretch. How does the length of a flaccid stretch correlate to the overall lenghth potential?

Historically, in Penis Enlargement, most guys will gain here first. The reason is not clear but my opinion is that erectile length gains share some of the space with girth gains. In a totally flaccid environment the length gains become more evident.

Hmmm..Wierd DLD...I've heard this suggestion before but not like this...7UP suggested doing a workout (take A-streches for example) for a week, resting for 2 days, and then meausring BPFSL to see if it has changed any. But, you are measuring it everyday even if you do Penis Enlargement that day or the day before? Does this work well for you in telling you which excercize is helping you the most?

I do not do this any longer but for a long time I did. From day to day I would use this method to chart a length exercises effectiveness. I understood that most of these gains were temporary but it still was my best gage for if it was working or not. I would not suggest taking measurements after training as "bragging rights" only a gage to chart an exercise.

Yea, I completely understand that. I just do it to monitor how effective an excercise is...My question to you is, did you find day-by-day BPFSL measuring to be a good indicator to how effective an excercise was? Did those changes eventually result in EL growth?

Completely. I mean some stuff I would do and there would be absolutely no change from day to day after a couple weeks of no gains I would abandon that exercise. With most of the manual, length exercises that work for me I will see a change in day to day FSBP and eventually these do become erect gains.

i read this right after a workout,and decided to check my fslb(i dont do it often,but i will now)low and behold it was a 1/2" shorter than last time i measured.is this something to worry about,like maybe i'm doin something different this week than last?or should i just keep checking each day for a few days to see if it goes back?.i have a "basic"routine,but i experiment with other things alot.....come to think of it,i had that extra 1/2" for 3-4 past measurements.maybe i'm leaving a "key" thing out of my exercises?
 
i tried measuring my bpfsl..and it was kind of difficult for me....i tried to hold and pull from underneath the glans...and push the ruler in...for whatever reason i don't think i got an accurate reading....i don't like measuring...i worked out for three months before i measured...i probably am not going to measure for another two months..but i guess that can backfire if i don't make any gains then i spent a lot of time for nothing huh

Whenever I checked my FSBPenis EnlargementL right after a workout it would typically be shorter or the same as previously. I found the main reason for this is by the time I finished my length workout (typically 45 mins - 1 hour) then my warmup wrap from the beginning of my workout will have worn out. Thus the ligs aren't as flexible as they were warm, during a good portion of the stretch. After my workout before measuring FSBPenis EnlargementL I'd re-wrap again until I felt that my penis was sufficiently warmed. Then the FSBPenis EnlargementL is easier to take because it is more pliable as well as having a better grip because the head tended to shrink throughout the workout sometimes, and the warm up at the end of the workout helped greatly with this. Should you typically be longer fsbpl after a/or every workout than before the workout?

In the past I would continually check after every workout for awhile, but got frustrated from lack of length change.

When I first found these forums the abbreviations really messed with my head and I was too embarrassed to ask what they meant:D
