For my girth routine, I plan on doing the newbie jelqing followed by SSJs, but I'm not sure how long I should make each rep nor do I know how many reps.

Another question: What is the preferred schedule for girth? Should I do girth work everyday, every other day, 2 days on 1 day off, 5 days on 2 days off?

A SlowSquashJelq rep can last as long as your hands can handle. I usually go anywhere from 1 minute to 2 minutes before my hands get tired. I feel the longer the better because when it is under stress expansion continues to happen. As far as how often you should train girth, this has everything to do with erection quality, if you are getting good eq everyday you can train everyday but if you find yourself fatigued train only length for that day. Everyone is different in this so you need to listen to your body and do whatever is the most you can for your body's allowance.

Go as long as you can, the real limit is hand strength so as time goes on and you continue to practice the SSJ your hands will become stronger and thus last longer for each rep.
 
my hands are ok but my forearm muscle gets tired but its a matter of time D...
 
Be sure to warm up properly, and work minimal 200-250 basic wet jelqs before moving to SSJ, cause SSJ is intense work, you have double compression, that can be dangerous if you are not careful and WARMED UP, go easy first, don't rush, PE is not magic wand and it can't be done over night, keep yourself motivated and you will see great results from them, I gained 0.5 in two week but gains went down quickly because my penis got accustomed, keep reading, learn, work lots of kegels by alternately system KEGEL - REVERSE KEGEL.
If you keep skipping kegel work, you won't see gains!
After session, put on a clamp about two hours and don't tie it too hard, clamp after work will help you heal in expanded state, and your gains will come quickly, drink water (1.5L) for a day, quit smoking (I hope you never been into tobacco) exercise, doesn't matter what kind of workout, push ups, pull ups, dips, just try and make sure you have daily body activity, I hope this helped!

jelqs is something i know about i have jelqued in the past and didnt see great gains actually i did 1000 jelqs one day, i got bored and didnt see great gains yeah your suggestions are good,ssjs are intense stuff but i enjoy them,i wish i had cash and a place to practice 2 to 3 hours evryday,but is not possible now...

Any single exercise should be used for at least 3 months to see it's effectiveness. 1000 jelqs per day is a great girth routine as long as it is done daily for at least 3 months to see gains. If after 3 months you are still at a plateau is is important to either increase the intensity or switch to a more powerful exercise.
 
yes i have been practicin the ssj for about a month maybe a bit more,and i have felt that i could get bigger this one time, specially because im just understanding the exercise,hope iget my dream ASAP...being honest i got sick of jelquin hehe i think the ssj is an exercise that is quite lasting...

yea SSJ's will get better results then jelqing. i've never been a fan of jelqing
 
You can SSJ as long as your hands are able to and as long as you don't feel pain or numbness in the glans. The SSJ is basically the original/manual idea behind clamping, which basically serves the same purpose. After a few months if you feel like you are ready for more intensity, look into the clamping section of the forum.

I have a funny background with the SSJ as I basically came up with the idea on my own before I saw it here. At the time I was doing the newbie routine from this site, but I had not seen enough of the site to learn about the SSJ. What I would do is jelq for a while and when I got too horny id grip the base of my penis, kegel in as much blood as possibly, and bend my dick as much as I could (almost exactly the SSJ that DLD advocates).

***************My biggest piece of advice with the SSJ is this: make sure you do it in connection with your jelq routine. I have found that when I jelq for about 5 minutes, then do one or two 1 minute SSJ's, then go straight back to jelqing for 5 minutes, then back to one or two SSJ, etc, I get the best expansion. This is a similar idea to what DLD has advocated for using the BM in conjunction with some manual girth work, and in my experience combining the two into one routine done at the same time is the best rather than doing them separately.
 
Yeah that could be much better bro , but I have to make some room for that lately ssj are something important, sounds a bit complicated to mix jelqs +ssj but I think i should try ....

It very likely might have been a DLD bend, I just found that it gave amazing expansion so I would do it at the end of my jelqing routine. Those were the golden days when I would get huge expansion...
 
Thats exactly what i figured out on my own too. 5 mins of normal jelqs and then ssj's is the best way to do it and also gives your hand a bit of rest in the middle also while the workout is still going on.

Bends can play a part in SlowSquashJelqs, along with squeezes, squashes and compressions. Once in the position, with blood trapped at the base you can pretty much go anywhere with how you want to manipulate the penis. I vary my movements greatly over a session. I do favor the squash more than anything, compressing as much as I can to get the best expansion possible.

I just always loved doing the bends. I would see such huge expansion afterwards that it left me in awe.
