I gained 2 " in length from manual stretches, I recently gained another 0.25" from just manual stretching, so 2.25" total for me from manual stretching. I'm continuing to grow. DLD gained 2 " in 6 months

With a true effort, no laziness and true determination you can easily gain 2" in six months!
 
I gained half inch in 3months from using the length master for 1hour daily doing downward bundled stretches. There are times when I do a 30 mins session but the 30mins X 2 session gave me quick gains.
Hey bro when you did this stretch was it was hard as you can or was it low/media tension? Because i seem to be trapping out after 20 mins

I always start with less pressure and then I increase the force after 5 mins.

Sorry I was half asleep when I typed this. What I meant to ask was when doing the downward bundled stretch for a half an hour session how intense does it have to be? When I do it at high intensity I can only go for 20 mins max because the pain is too much

Then go for high Intensity for twenty minutes. You can always add time, intensity matters more right now...safely intensify!
 
@huge-girth hey bro, during your sessions did you feel a type of burning sensation? And after you finished your sessions was you really saw? I just want to make sure I’m using the right intensity

I second this question @DLD. I get a burning sensation in the ligs. This is just caused by inflammation being created in the ligs correct?

no it is simply soreness from the ligament being stretched. The soreness and burning sticks around sometimes for 2 to 4 weeks before it goes away for good. This type of fatigue and burning only really happens when you start and when you increase the intensity. Some people when they don’t feel the fatigue or burning think that they are not gaining, this Is simply not true.
