Today I measured again, 1 month since the last time. I've been struggling with the cord, so I started to stretch slooow and nice for a couple of weeks before increasing to heavy intensity. I've been doing the warmups dead serious, and I think this has been very efficient to softening the cord. Anyways, here was and still is my routine:

AM:
10 min warmup in hot water from shower directly at penis.
100 jelqs
30 v-jelqs
100 jelqs
30 v-jelqs
100 jelqs
30 v-jelqs

PM:
Same warmup
Up,left, right, down, out stretches: 3 x 1 min each, total of 15 min
Mandingostretch: 3 x 1 min
Bundled behind cheeks: 2 x 1 min each side
Bundled straight up stretches: 2 x 1 min
Some back and forth stretching watching tv, just keeping it stretched. Some circlestretches, some straight out, don't really do any program, just enjoy stretching it :)
Total stretching time: 30-35 mins
Extender 1-2 hours

And now, 1 month since last measuring I've gained a whopping .35" !!!! LMAO:cool: I'm so happy right now! I measured 6.75" NBPenis EnlargementL, only .25" away from my goal. Finally I've overcome my plateau that I've had for so long! I would like to thank everybody for support, brilliant info and knowledge on the forum. You guys rock!

Nice, our length is about the same. I post pics on forum for evidence and inspiration. I'm 7 inch bpel now, my ultimate goal is at least 10. Are you stopping at 7?
 
What did you start at? I suppose I'm not stopping at 7. The joy of seeing it work its way up the ruler is just to great a sensation! :D But I won't go longer than 8 though, thats for sure. It would bulge out of my cycling pants like crazy :p
 
Just fixed my sig for everyone to see. After finally gaining that full inch I want to get pass 10 to pound sluts. I've been called small when I used to have sex at 5 inches, so I'd never consider seriously dating one of these useless sluts again. I just use them for pussy and I wouldn't give any bitch money.

how many days a week did you do your routine and how many days in a row?
 
5-7 days pr week. Depends. If I feel fatigued, I quit and take a day or two off, if I feel good and able to keep going, I'd might go 10 days in a row. Really depends on masturbation, if I got to eager and worked with too high intensity and stress etc. Most of the time it's weekdays on, weekends off.
 
I think 7 days on is best, but that is me. I just feel that a day off may become a permanent vacation so I try to do something everyday to stay in the game.
 
Yeah, me too. As soon as I'm doing 2 days off, the 3rd one comes pretty easily! I do stretch every time I shower and every time I go to the bathroom though, just to keep it rubbery and stretched for a longer time total.
 
i just think it is wise to keep the penis in an extended state as long as possible, constant stress means constant gains. There are times that I am too fatigues the next day and need to take a break but even on these days I do some kind of penis enlargement whether it be Bathmate or PC work, or whatever. Just do what I need to stay involved.
 
do you think these gains were from lighter stretching or from the warmups? i never really warmed up AT ALL. but i started up 2 weeks ago after taking about 4 weeks off. i use a rices sock now for about 5 mins and using it throughout stretching as well. hope it helps me. i stretch at strong intensity though unlike what you did.
 
I think a combination. I know for sure that I've been stretching to hard to quickly and not easing into it, so I think this helped med gain. But for sure, warmups make the tissues more stretchable so I think this has helped as well. 50/50 pherhaps? If you haven't warmed up before, you should really begin doing it ;)
 
Yup, warming up does have it's benefits.
 
Wow! Today again! It wasn't a measuring day just yet, but 1/4th into my routine I noticed that it looked bigger than usual and couldn't resist the urge to measure. So I whipped out my metal ruler and saw it barely touching the 6.85" mark! I couldn't believe my eyes, had to measure like 250 times before I believed it. Hah cord! Take that! Though my erection hardness was probably at an 11 out of 10 it's obvious that I'm doing something right.

Note on the routinepart. I've been doing 1-1.5 hours of stretching before I go to bed the past week and added erect stretches between jelq + v-jelq sets as well as adding another set of 100 jelqs + 30 v-jelqs. I've been switching up between light stretches and some really intense ones.

For all of you that struggles with the cord: HEAT up! Don't just warm up with a cloth or something like that, heat it like it's no tomorrow. And keep stretching level fairly low. I've been gaining big time from this so give it a shot, I'm confident it will help you guys as well.
