ok so ive been here a little while, havent really made much progress. this is mainly down to me not being very consistent and dedicated.

ive been alot better recently and i think my girth is improvig, but want a little advice on exercises to do. ive tried using an extender for length, however its uncomfortable for extended periods of time, which i can deal with but i also cant wear it anywhere where im seen as it is very obvious in my trousers, therefore arent able to wear it much. i also have tried stretching, and still do some, however i just dont feel much from it and dont feel like much is happening from it.

im currently doing 400-500 jelqs 4 times a week, Bathmate twice a week, and a few stretching sessions. what other exercises should i include, especially length as i dont do much length work?

You have everything you need to rock SRT, have you read through the routine?

yeah ive read through it, however i dont have a power assist or monkey spanker, and i cant really wear an extender as it is way too obvious, you can see an outline of it in my trousers, which isnt a good thing when im working as it looks strange. so because of this, i cant really do the srt routine you laid out much justice, therefore i need to figure out slightly different exercises but with the same principles. im going to follow the week one jelqing/ ssj routine and see how i get on.

as i said im currently jelqing 3-4 times a week, using Bathmate 2x a week and stretching 3 times a week. however i dont really feel a good stretch when stretching (even when reverse kegelling), i feel like i just cant pull hard enough. should you really be able to feel it when stetching or is it subtle? or am i just doing them wrong...

im going to start wrapping more. i only do it a few times a week so i will aim to do it more. should i be using the Bathmate more/ doing any other exercises aswell?

Uncle Jims Strap All day stretcher for at the job and a Length Master for at the house and follow SRT.

You may want to instal some of the practices of SRT since you have some of the equipment. I suggest working jelqing and Bathmate use into the same session by following SRT's 5x5x3 approach, this is where you will pump for 5 minutes then jelq for 5 minutes and repeat 3 times. As far as stretching goes, since you are having issues with the Extender I would suggest the Newbie Basic Stretching routine along side some basic Expressive Stretches found in the SRT routine. This will all add up to much faster gains.

As far as the Extender goes you can try different methods of wearing that will be more comfortable like the VLC attachment, this has made Extending possible for many men who previously could not.

ok great, thanks for the help.

i cant really jelq in the shower, dont know why it just doesnt really work. what ill do is 100 jelqs then 1 ssj x 4 or 5 rounds, then have a shower and use the bm for 2-3 5 minute sessions with a ssj in between. ill probs do this 3 times a week, and another 2 days of the same thing just without the bm.

as for stretching im doing the basic stretches as recommended (apart from to the left as i have a slight leftward curve). then ill either ujw or use an extender for a little while. should i be using the extender at its max, or just to a decent length to stay and heal in an elongated state (like ujw)? e.g. i can extend to around 7.6 inches, but its not very comfortable, but if i just go to around 7 its not too bad and i can wear it for a couple of hours without it getting in the way too much.

anything ive missed? really want to see some monster gains soon. ive gained a little girth but im a little impatient and want things to start progressing faster LMAO

Sounds solid to me. As far as the SizeGenetics Extender goes, you can use it for either active gaining or healing. When stretching full out it can cause some discomfort but this is the stretch breaking down the tissue so there will be a bit of discomfort. If wearing it in a healing sense, you are right on target. Remain consistent and stay involved with us to keep motivation high...DOn't quit before the miracle happens!

If manual stretching does not seem intense enough the LengthMaster is the way to go as it gives you the super power to stretch with both hands in every way possible. The LengthMaster can be attached at any point on the shaft making a stretch expressive the lower you attach. It can also be used to do Hanging and PowerAssist stretching.

not really, i work till six, then workout out for a couple hours, so dont have much time where i can just sit down (as i would have to wearing an extender as its quite obvious in my trousers and makes it difficult to walk)

the thing is with stretching full out, is that it isnt uncomfortable on the shaft, its just under the head where the noose and strap are. its also more painful when actually getting it on rather than once its on as i obviously have to stretch it further to get in the device. i can stretch to about 7 inches or a little above without it being too bad, but have to take it off to regain circulation every half hour/ 40 mins. my current NBPEL is around 7 inches, so what sort of length should i aim for in the extender for 1) active recover and 2) increasing length in itself?

as for the length master, ithink ill give what im doing a good solid consistent month to see if i start seeing gains, if not i will likely buy one of those to help it along. i dont plan on quitting any time soon, lets hope i start making some gains!

I suggest you check out the VLC Attachment we sell here, it is the solution that will fix all your issues with the SizeGenetics. It allows for extremely fast on and off and the comfort is amazing. The noose and comfort strap can be very irritating and frustrating but the VLC changes this

You will see gains, have no worries, we work with everyone until they do gain!

Have you tried facing it up (the extender)?
When you mean visible, do you mean the bounce from the extender head/noose area? Or can you see the whole thing going down your leg?

DLD also suggested the VLC. It's pretty cheap and I'm not sure of your issue as far as extender visibility through your '"trousers" goes, but they also have a leg/knee strap you can use which should make it very discreet.

i have quite big/ thick legs, so trousers or shorts are usually tighter on me, which makes anything in the crotch more visible. when i have the extender on its usually 7+ inches long, which is not huge i know but is definitely very noticeable and suspicious looking, no matter how i have it positioned as it is so noticeable.

im not quite sure what you mean by facing it up? what will this do?

That's a bit tricky there. I wouldn't suggest someone change their wardrobe just for an extender :) . If you really wanted to use it, you could try facing it in the SU positon OR try to mimic how the phallosan's belt works. VLC sells a shoulder strap, not sure if they have others.

So essential w/ the above. You wouldn't even be using the SG anymore, just the VLC. Maybe someone else might get back to you on other options, hate for you to not be able to use something.

Will make it so that you're getting an upwards stretch and it's no longer flopping @ your knee. Just have to make sure nobody pats you on your stomach.
It's not going to work for everyone.

A couple tips on clothing and the SizeGenetics. Dark pants and looser pants always will hide the bulge more. Maybe you could go with a larger pants and a tighter belt:)

Upward is where the SizeGenetics is position up towards your belly button.
