I was reading the sticky on viagra before, i was going to order until i read that people were not recieved and what not.

I was wondering if this would be a benifit to me doing my girth? I have found a link on ebay, i was wondering which one is best to get and how much to take? Is it true that if you take viagra etc that you become customed to it and have to depend on it!! Would want that!! Here is a link i found -

I am just starting phase 2, is this enough to get me to 8" and hopefully 6" girth if i hammer it till July? Would like to have that by then?

Or by taking viagra and doing clamping as well, would this help? Just want the best idea / routine to get my goals... i have the dedicated and work out everyday!

I have also ordered 4 bottles of pro solution to aid my gains....pla help and advice anyone cheers...DLD any comments matey :)
 
i heard taking viagra. means when your off them your erections are weaker and rely on viagra more.

is this true or a myth.

i got told once you take viagra you have to take more to get the same as last times effects etc. and then you always have to rely on them?
 
Girth on Viagra is like steroids and a tolerance is something I never noticed...I pop 50mg and I get the same results as I did day 1. Viagra is not a psycho-tropic drug it works with oxygen released into the blood and I believe this effect will remain the same with each use.
 
say if you want to take it for a few weeks off and no, your erections dont then become weaker as you have to rely onthe viagra to get hard?

So once you take it for a week and you come off it, you can still get just as strong erections like you used to without it?

What do you think of the link? which is the correct stuff to get here, bit confused?

Will it help with girth gains alot? or as much as wat it would without taking it? just want to know as much as i can to gain.

bulc, one thing I have noticed with V is that the dependency is more so in your mind than in your penis. Once you get that virst viagra erection, anything else doesnt seem as strong. Meaning that a non viagra induced erection is never really going to be as good. You can still get strong erections and function normally but in your mind you will be thinking that it wont be the same without the help of V. Which may be true bc damn I get mind blowing erections on that stuff.
 
Yeh my mind set might or probably would go like that if the erection levels are that much greater! i dont no if this would be a good thing to use it or not because it might play on my mind and effect me in that way.

If it would help my girth gains that bit more to get my gains i will get some, this would be the main reason.... if needed? which i dont know if i do. Would it help me get that bit extra gain in girth?

Also it would be handy on hols so i can hammer my bird all day and nite!!! LMAO

As far as phase 2 goes, will this be enough to get the goal by july, with clamping added?

Does there need to be anyother stretch apart from the A-Stretch in there?

You may find most girth exercises nearly impossible on V. Sometimes the erection is just too damn hard to push any blood around. I like to take it as soon as my workout is complete. Possibly, the full expansion after Penis Enlargement helps cement gains.

Try the "Extreme Uli". I bet it would still work, and work better with V.

Excellent point BTC. I think this may be the key to my recent gains in length. Not the Viagra (never used it) but the post-workout expansion. After my hardcore hanging set, I get a 100%+ erection, keep it for about 20 minutes, then kegel off an ejaculation (even greater expansion).

As for Phase 2, I didn't gain any length (2 months) but managed to gain 1/16" girth. If you have time, continue Phase 1 and do Phase 2 as a second workout maybe?
 
I think i will continue with phase 1 mainly and add in A-stretch for length and clamping for the girth, could do half and half with the jelq and jelq and bend.

Just want the best hardcore routine to get me to 8" in 3-4months. Will check out the extreme Uli, if i can find it. I did look at the uli on the members area but it wasnt working, will check again.

So by me going all this consistant and no breaks you think i should gain with hard work in 3-4 months?

As for the Viagra - i wouldnt mind getting some anyway try it with the girth or not take the whole pill. I was looking at ebay and they are selling "Kamagra" would this be ok to buy? as i aint too sure as there are that many different types?

I think the girth I gained on Phase 2 was mostly from the Horse Squeezes, so you may want to throw some of those in as well. Extreme Uli's are just clamping, and squeeze just below the glans and push the clamp up your shaft with you other hand (similar to a horse squeeze). Try that out.

I have been doing these, but i didnt move the clamp up. I have been doing the

clamp - kegel
clamp - uli
clamp - horse squeeze one hand and then 2 hands
clamp - one handed jelqs

I also do 500 wet jelqs to begin with the straight into the clamp exercises. I did feel the benifit from this and my dick look alot bigger hanging.

I tired phase 2 the jelq and bends then i burst a vein on 1st go lol sods law ay!

So i think i will add bits in, stretching will be manuals, a stretch and polly blasters (2 times a week)

think that would be ok then goldmember?
 
What do you mean you burst a vein!? That sounds pretty serious, I doubt you actually burst a vein. I think as long as you thought your girth routine was helpful, stick to it.

Yeah i think you maybe right regards my desired gains in that period! I will try for 7.5" bit more realistic. Its girth i need tho. I will do with routine till i see some gains, i think i will see good gains doin this, its a vigrious routine and got some good solid exercises in it.

Yeah the only way you might gain an inch in 3-4 months would be with some serious hardcore hanging, but then you won't be able to really gain in girth. Then with girth.....I don't know man. Perhaps if you were clamping several times throughout the day and happened to be on eof the people who gain well from clamping then you might get to 5.5-5.75 in 3-4 months. Both are a longshot though.

I did consider hanging, but at the moment i want girth and length to go hand in hand and compliment eachother.

at the moment i will be going manual stretches, a stretch and polly blasters. Then before tea time 500 wet jelq and clampng doing the squeezes and that i mentioned above. about 45 mins to an hour in total. Then before bed, 10 mins clamping again.

I will just work hard at it and see how it goes, i must be able to gain something anyway..... surely???? even if it isnt 8" by 5.5plus!?

So on this routine and if i stick to it, what do you think my reults would be in this time scale 3-4 months?
