I don't recall seeing anyone having made more than 2 inches in length other than Bib and DLD. My personal goal is to gain at least 2 inches from hanging, but what I really want is 3-4 extra inches in length. In your experience is 3-4 inches even possible with an intense hanging routine?

Realistically, I made my gains in about 3 years total time. It would take too long to post my routines. Look up progressive hanging on Google though. That's been my main approach.

Three years on and off for two inches is pretty good though. Like I said though, I have yet to see anyone besides Bib or DLD gain 3.5 + inches in length, which is my goal that I am hoping is realistic.
